iKrave Cafe — Restaurant in Worcester

I live nearby so my roommate and I used to go here a lot. Their food and coffee does taste really good! But in the last 6 months we’ve gone here less and less because they started giving us the wrong order 99% of the time. And it’s not like we’re ordering special things. Just regular sandwiches and coffee on the menu, but they give us something else. And it still tastes good, but it’s not what I ordered!

And the real problem is that what they give me is ALWAYS something cheaper than what I ordered! And when I ask for it to be remade, or for a refund, they always say no. So that’s just a rip off.

I was thinking the staff had a grudge against my roommate and I or something, but this week I watched them do it to 2 other strangers. So I think they must have started losing money and have decided to scam people instead.

it’s good, but I’m not going to pay for a $7 sandwhich and have you hand me a $4 sandwhich instead. it’s not worth that upcharge and bad service! and what about when you actually were just craving a certain menu item, pay for it, and are then not given it? it’s a scummy business practice

My wife and I have ordered multiple times from this place and never had an issue until today.

Today's service was awful... The employees were extremely rude and unprofessional.

We put an order for pick up online, my wife went to pick it up the woman at the window was super rude and gave us the wrong order. My wife realized it was wrong when she got home and didn't even want to go back because of the worker's attitude, but did go back. She explained the mix up and the worker continued to be very rude and then started to remake the order as it seemed they had given our order away to the wrong person as well. At this point we asked for a refund.

I tried to call and speak with someone at the cafe but no one answered the phone and the voicemail was full.

It sucks cause we liked the food here, but had the worst experience and we never leave bad reviews normally but this was terrible. I do not plan to return now.

VERY POOR EXPERIENCE. POLICE WERE CALLED! ON 3/25/21 at approximately 11:00 am I pulled into the parking lot of the ikrave Cafe. Admittedly I was there to go look at a car next door but I was unaware that it was a private lot.. at approximately 11:05 i was informed by an employee that it was a private lot and the parking was for customers only. As a courtesy I walked in and purchased a coffee and walked out to inform my friend whom I had gone there with that I was going to move the vehicle. When I find him I explain to him that we had to leave the lot. Not more than a few minutes before we are going back to my vehicle to leave the lot. Two police officers detain me and question me with no lawful reason.15 to 20 min total. Very disappointed to...
