Kenichi Asian Bistro — Restaurant in Worcester

Rude bartender, and subpar sushi. Bartender seemed annoyed when I asked for clarification if the quail egg was raw on the uni, then when I went to the bathroom she moved my seat to the corner of the bar so she could seat 2 regulars where I was sitting. The snapper sushi had tough sinew like fibers in the meat, and uni was didn't have that "ocean" taste you look for.

There was one man, not sure if he was a server or what, but he was friendly and asked if I needed more drinks or if everything was good because the lady bartender stopped talking to me after she could see I wasn't happy about being moved to the corner, where there was 2 open seats for the regulars to sit, but apparently they weren't good enough for them, but good enough for me.

I usually tip very well, I know everyone says that, but I worked 10yrs in kitchens and always make sure to take care of waitstaff, but she barely earned the $-5 tip I left her...

Got into town very late on a Sunday evening and we were heading to another restaurant, that place stopped serving dinner at 6 and boy are we glad they did!! We walked down the street a smidge and found this little gem. We walked in 15 minutes before closing, they gladly seated us, after we told them we would take our order to go, then didn't skimp on presentation or taste! We ordered the standard ole spicy tuna roll (just in case - we've eaten LOTS of not so great sushi!) and Shrewsbury Roll as well as the Spicy Tuna Tostada Pizza appetizer. The Shrewsbury was very good but the Spicy Tuna Tostada Pizza blew it out of the water!! It was the best "sushi" we have ever eaten, hands down! Thanks again for the great service...

A Happy Mistake! The spot I was going to for a date was already closed for the evening so we went next door to this absolute gem 💎 The Food was soooo tasty, Crab Ragoons, Stir Fried Low Mein Noodles, Teriyaki Skewers, Dumplings, Green Tea, and Fried Ice Cream (Menu item names probably differ..slightly 😆) The server was so sweet, the food came fast and hot, the atmosphere was great, filled with happy customers and even a tank with turtles that grab more than one kids attention while we sat beside it. My girlfriend says they're known for their sushi...we'll be back...
