In the sordid world of urban eateries, where bland, insipid cuisine frequently masquerades as gastronomic innovation, there emerges an indomitable bastion of culinary brilliance—New Tradition. As a critic with a particular penchant for the finer aspects of culinary pleasure, I entered the establishment with a discerning eye, expecting the motorcycle motif to be a mere whimsical backdrop. Instead, I discovered a symbiosis of chic design and vegan perfection that tickled my senses like an impeccably crafted sonnet. The ingenuity of their creations, such as the sausage egg and cheese empanada and the engine-revving coffee, were tantamount to an edible symphony. I, Anton Ego, declare with confidence that New Tradition is not merely a vegan café. It is a dazzling celebration of culinary artistry, a place where each bite is an ode to those who defy mediocrity and revel in the essence of delectable sustenance.
I will be returning to New Tradition soon,...
Read moreThere aren't many cozy cafes in Worcester, so coming here it was very refreshing. We used to live in Boston!
Once we got to the cafe, we were greeted warmly from the cashier/barista. The place is a whole vibe--pretty hipster, but in a great way. There's a barber shop in it, which is funny. There was also a good amount of people sprawled throughout the cafe on their laptops working away.

My fiance and I ordered two small iced americanos, $3.48 each. It has a tinge of sourness, but having added more water, it wasn't too strong. Maybe we will try asking for less water next time or even a quad shot!
There were muffins for sale, not too many options. I don’t care though, because my main point was coffee!
We will absolutely be returning for more--possibly...

The space itself is cool, but the kid working was arrogant and rude. I ordered a latte with oat milk and was absolutely given dairy milk. When I reminded him I ordered oat he smirked and said "I heard you" when I tried to confirm again he rolled his eyes at me. I drank about half of my latte before being able to confirm with myself that I was not drinking oat milk. So disappointing! And a waste of almost $7 on a beverage I couldn't finish. I also ordered a muffin that tasted like it was baked a week ago. The top was wet and sticky yet somehow the rest of it was dry and crumbly. Based on the rest of your reviews I am hoping this was just a bad day, but again it was a...
