Encanto Latino Restaurante — Restaurant in Worcester

There was no food to enjoy. I am a disabled and retired 40 year Food and Beverage veteran. I live in the area. I had a long day and didn’t feel like cooking. As my blood sugar began dropping(diabetic) I decided to give my business to this restaurant. When I walked in there were no other patrons. I was given the cold shoulder when I said I wanted to eat dinner there, and had to ask for a menu before I sat down. A girl popped her head out, never to be seen again. My food and beverage background includes the Wynn Las Vegas(Forbes 5 Star), the Ritz Carlton, Naples, Florida(Forbes 5 Star), The Venetian Las Vegas(Forbes 4 Star). I have Managed, designed, opened, and operated departments. During my career that spanned 40 years I performed in just about every Food and Beverage Position. Once I had my menu I sat down. A few minutes later a group of 8 younger patrons walked in. They were given the red carpet treatment and were given immediate service. I sat at my table with my cane for 20 minutes, completely ignored, not even an offer of a beverage. Nothing. No service. My blood sugar was dropping further, and I felt like I was going to pass out. The treatment was very blatant. I then spoke up and asked if I could get some service. Everyone sat there just laughing and snickering. I was there for 20 minutes. I then got up and left and was told to have a good evening as I walked out, without any care or effort to give me service. If you are going be discriminatory and not diverse, then what are you doing in business? In the future never ever judge a book by its cover. I might have needed a shave and looked old and worn, but you never know who that person really is, and you need to treat all patrons with the respect and courtesy to all, not to just one...

I Door-dashed My order when I called to ask about something on the Menu the person on the phone answered my question very nicely. The food was Great honestly I was amazed cause I am picky at times ,it was very tasteful and the rice was amazing. I ordered the Montañero beef dish , and Camarones al ajillo con tostones but they forgot the Avocado with it but it’s alright the food was delicious & it makes up for it lol . I recommend this spot 100 % and Had to finally try the food after new...

the staff and incredibly amazing they are super nice and friendly. We tried this restaurant for the first time today and the food was incredible delicious and super well seasoned. The meat was super soft and juice, The food is awesome, the treatment really good and the restaurant it self is very clean. I will definitely come back and I recommend this...
