Worcester Common — Attraction in Worcester

Today I'd marched in The 300th Worcester Celebration Parade supporting ("HECCMA ") & Higher Education, & Supporting (QCC) (Quinsigamond Community College) & the amazing City of Worcester! This was so awesome to be a part of Worcester's History ! Now I'm part of Worcester's History & The Celebration of Worcester's 300th Birthday celebration June -11-22 .

I was handed chosen to march in this Parade, which much honor , I'm truly blessed 🙌 an honored that I'd had a rare golden opportunity to be a part of Worcester's History & History in general 🙏! I love Worcester ❤️, I'm a born native of Worcester , Massachusetts, born here ❤️! I go to School here & live here ! Worcester is a old - historical beautiful old industrial area, I hope we keep Worcester beautiful abd keep Providing & Preserving our History here in Worcester MA! This was an amazing opportunity & even more amazing experience, I'll never ever forget, and truly a once in a rare lifetime opportunity, Thank you for that , which my honor 🎖 & much appreciation, I'm so happy & honored to have been a part of today's 300th Worcester Celebration Parade! This was absolutely amazing seeing so many people out of this beautiful sunny 🌞 day ! We truly can't have asked for a better day to celebrate Worcester's 300th Birthday! I have to note that I do not live in, nor do I know anyone who lives in Worcester. I just spent New Year eve around downtown in 2022.

Downtown looks so pretty since they finished constructionn around it. The holiday lights on the common this year are literally magical!! There is also a large ice skating rink, where you can rent skates if you don't have your own.

They were playing 80s hair metal bands on the PA at the ice skating rink. It was a little weird to see families skating around the oval to "Girls, Girls, Girls," but Worcester gotta Worcester.

Our first stay as we joined family for our grandson's graduation from Assumption College. As regular Marriott guests we were impressed by the cleanliness and excellent customer service provided by the staff. Our suite had all the amenities including a bathtub/shower which is becoming less common in newer hotels. A complimentary breakfast was included although it was very standard.
