I ordered from the Chandler Street Golden pizza on 6/25 4:59 online. The pizza showed up at 5:45, the driver barely spoke English and didn't know where he was, my husband had to give him directions to get to the apartment complex. We finally got the food inside and sat down to watch a couple of movies when we noticed that we did not get the pizza we ordered. I called back at 5:49, (to the store, not the driver) and let them know that we did not receive the pizza that we ordered. When they pick the phone up they say, "Golden hold" and set the phone down. We waited and the girl finally pulled our order up on her screen and argued that we got what we order. After some back and forth and me explaining to her what we ordered straight from the website multiple times, I assume she realized that she was wrong and then said that it was their mistake, whoever put the order in at their location was wrong and that they would have another pizza back out to us shortly. After finishing watching the movie we had already started and then finishing a second movie we had already started we still had not recieved the promised remade pizza. During the second movie we heated the first incorrect pizza up in the microwave and ate the part that was correct so the kids could finish their movie and would not have to continue waiting. I called back at 8:19 and spoke to a woman that claims to be the manager but refused to give us her name. She refused to give us a refund for the pizza and insisted that they would send someone else out to bring the correct pizza, The entire conversation was EXTREMELY unprofessional. The "manager" yelled out, while I'm still on the phone, "Who spoke to this lady??!!" And obviously someone that did not put a mistake order through 3 hours ago is not going to own up to it in front of everyone. The "manager" just kept saying that we should have called as soon as the driver delivered and that we didn't call and that her workers are honest and would never do such a thing. Still refusing to give me a refund, she just set the phone down while talking about me to her co workers. When the "manager" got back on the phone she said that they were too busy to deal with me right now and hung the phone up. My husband called back and immediately asked for a manager and the "manager" said to "stop calling and harrassing us, BYE!" My company orders from them very often for lunch and large orders for pizza, but after this we will not be if this is the type of customer service we get for a mistake made by...

I donāt know if they have to change the person on the phone or the service. The way they talk to customers on the phone is blantly rude. I ordered a pick up from them and the delivery driver called 20 minutes later with a completely wrong order at my house?!?!, so he said i should call the store. I called the store they wouldnāt even let me talk and tell them the problem. All they were saying were the delivery driver is coming, but I ordered for pickup because I was going somewhere after and I wasnāt home. Which i told the women on the phone. One she didnāt even let me talk , all she said was ālet me give you to the managerā he didnāt let me talk either. all he said was the delivery driver is coming. A service I DID NOT WANT. They give the phone back to the women and i said ācan i just please cancel my order. then she says āsure canā then hangs up the phone on me in a rude manner. To work at establishment and be mad because thereās a wrong on your end is crazy. Mind you i ordered a small calzone and a small chicken sub. the order that delivery driver read to me was a large calzone with olives?!?! A COMPLETELY different order.
