Buyer beware- Usually enjoy the food here. However tonight was an AWFUL customer service experience. Was attempting to place a phone on my mobile Which kept prompting for GrubHub. So I downloaded the GrubHub app and places an order for pickup. I show up after my designated time and gave my name and the kid says they don’t have my order. After discussing with others in the back the found my Grubhub order and gave me my drinks and I was on my way. Drove home 25 minutes later to find that the chicken is not what was ordered nor were the fries. The receipt clearly shows my correct order which did not match the food in front of me and my house guests. I called the restaurant to discuss and come up with a resolution and got one manager who told me they can’t work with me as it’s Grubhubs responsibility per the contract. I asked for the general manager and got Rey who was extremely rude to me and reiterated that they would rectify had I ordered through them directly and due to the fact I used grubhub I need to take up the issue with them. So now I have to call a third party for your mistake??? Seen off to me... so I did and the grubhub agent rectified. It just seems odd to me that the restaurant receives the funds fro grubhub however has no ownership of the errors and experience. As a GM Rey should be empowered to remedy and mishaps that occur in house under his watch. That said I am happy grubhub offered to fix this issue as by the time I was done calling the various parties to understand what potential solutions could be offered the food was cold. Hoping this was a one off but looking at other recent reviews it seems some of the orders here are lacking from the wings I have known over the years. Will give them another try someday but never through grubhub as they clearly don’t endorse this service.

Read moreI have been ordering wings over Worcester since I moved here 10 years ago and I have loved this place. But during the pandemic, things took a turn for the worst, understandably. They rebranded, got new chicken, got rid of the French fries which immediately wasn't good. I ordered my usual flavors and they don't taste the same anymore, so I'm not sure if they changed brands or what but the flavors are all soapy now. Tots are a hot mess. I stopped ordering from them during the pandemic because I didn't want to pay so much for bad quality food. Last night my husband and I decided to give them another try since the pandemic is over and things are as crazy, but NOPE! Prices are through the roof and portion sizes are extremely small. A 6 dollar order of waffle fries and my husband and I got a small handful of fries. The chicken was either extremely rubbery or barely chicken and was just an overcooked strip of batter. Extremely disappointing. And before you waste your time YOU CANT EVEN CALL THE STORE TO CORRECT MISTAKES. I got home and was missing stuff and had to drive back in the hopes they would give me what I missed. Clearly they don't care if your order is wrong and don't want to calling in. Giant waste of time. Spent over 60 bucks on wings and ended up throwing half of it away because they were inedible. Shame. I will find a new wing place...

Did an online order (which is promoted many times on the phone as being simple, quick and easy) but it was far from it. It took over a half hour from when my order was “ready” then actually getting it as stated on my pickup notification. I had someone there waiting for the food for over 20 minutes. I called to check in and the woman working was rude, kept talking over me and did not listen to what I was saying. She said the person that was waiting just walked in when they have been there for over 20 minutes. Not once did they apologize or try to hear me out, mind you it’s over an hour later and just getting my food when it was supposedly done an hour ago. I placed my order around 3:40 and it’s 5pm and just eating it. It was marked ready at 4pm, that was when I had someone there to pick it up. I called around 4:30 to check in and they said they just came in and then they “lost” the order. They did not remember anything about it and told the person that was waiting they needed a receipt to look it up. you can’t remember someone who just paid who’s been sitting there?
