The big curly haired white guy gave me the crustiest bread known to man. I called and complained the next day. And whoever I spoke with, a white lady, she tried to give me a suggestion on when I should have called. She must didn't know about me. I had to get her together. I called when I called. They shouldn't have sold that crap in the first place. And there would be no need to call and complain at all on any day. After I checked her, she ended up putting a credit on the account to replace the bread. The day I came to redeem it, the employee said he didn't see any credit. They didn't give me any static about it, I explained what happened and I received a fresh loaf of bread. That was the best scenario cause I didn't have to hunt that employee down for lying about giving me a credit. The sandwiches can be a hit or miss. It matters who makes your sandwich. I know exactly who I prefer to make my sandwiches. But I don't come as much. They're not as good as they used to be. I suggest make your own...

Have ordered from this place alot of times from work. Never had any problems with anything. Fast service and nice people! Today I ordered a sandwhich and when I called the guy sounded like he did not know what to say. At the end of my order he didn't even ask me if I wanted to pay with cash or card just silence until I said awkwardly "ya i'll be paying cash thanks". I'm assuming it was the same guy who delivered my food because he seemed bored and when he gave me back my change from my delivery he left it on the desk and did not give it to me directly. Not sure if he's new, just dissapointed with the customer...

I placed an online order for 3 sandwiches. I bit into my sandwich and to my surprise, there was a ripped piece of latex glove. Absolutely disgusting as often people do not wash their hands and use latex gloves instead. The otter glove may be clean, but the inner is not. I contacted the restaurant and spoke to Joe. I explained what happened. Joe was in agreement it was probably the glove. No apology. No ownership. Not an ounce of empathy. He simply rudely offered me a credit or a replacement. I took the replacement and he hung up the phone without even saying goodbye....
