Went thru drive on a Thurs at 5:00pm. Placed order moved to 1st window and young man asked what was our order after going thru several that wasn't ours. When he found our order went to give him credit card, he then said I only take cash, when that should have been the first think he said. Got to next window young lady spoke Spanish she asked what our order was and she couldn't find. She was standing there looking all crazy so I asked for a manager. He came to the window I explained to him that she didn't understand me and he said she only speaks Spanish. I asked him why she wasn't working the first counter where someone could help her instead of drive thru, with a NASTY attitude he said I can't discriminate. I said that's not discrimination, she would still have a job. So after arguing with him for about 5 mins he said he didn't see our order. I ask could we place the order again and he said that's going to hold up my line. I left and of course went to a real McDonald's on Western and had a Spanish speaking young man take my order with no problem. So I guess if you don't speak SPANISH don't go to this McDonald's even though the main language in...
Read moreI usually go through the drive-thru at McDonald’s and often wonder why the wait can be so long. Today, I decided to sit inside and got a front-row seat to see what the workers deal with—an incredible number of customers inside and outside. Despite being clearly understaffed, the team worked hard to keep things moving.
Myeasha stood out as a true gem. She did a phenomenal job navigating the crowd while maintaining her composure and professionalism. It’s rare to see someone handle high-pressure situations with such grace. I’m used to encountering stressed-out, sometimes rude workers in similar situations, but that was not the case here.
Not just Myeasha, but the entire staff on 01/02/2025 deserves a round of applause for their politeness and courtesy, even during a hectic and understaffed rush. They are a hardworking team that absolutely deserves recognition. I’m glad I got a behind-the-scenes view of their dedication and effort. Thank you, Myeasha, and the team, for making my...
Read moreTerrible experience. To start I don’t want anyone to get in trouble or lose their job. Just something to discuss as a team. I came in during the night 09/15 around 11:15 PM. I pull up to the drive thru, and immediately received attitude and frustration that I was there. I was cut off multiple times and rushed. I understand the food industry is stressful. I’ve been in the customer service industry for 7 years now. I get it. But how you interact and speak to a customer shows a lot. It affects the quality of service and product. I’ve been in and out of the hospital to see a loved one for the last 2 weeks and had no appetite. Today was the first time I had an appetite in awhile. But then the rudeness really made me not want to eat. Part of customer service is to give your best. You never know what someone is going through. The employee might be going through something as well and I get that. But why spread negativity? A smile and friendly interaction...
