Nova Bakery is a place where every visit feels like a celebration of all things sweet and delicious. The moment you step inside, you’re greeted by the rich, intoxicating aroma of freshly baked goods. The air is filled with the sweet scent of sugar, warm bread, and everything that makes a perfect pastry, instantly putting you in the mood for something indulgent. I've been coming to Nova Bakery for years, and it has never disappointed me. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with a cozy, down-to-earth charm that makes you feel right at home. The display cases are always filled with an impressive variety of treats, showcasing everything from traditional Mexican pastries to more classic favorites. I’ve tried just about everything they offer, and each item is a delight. The traditional donuts are a perfect balance of light and fluffy, with a sweet glaze that melts in your mouth. The cakes are rich and moist, each bite bursting with flavor and just the right amount of sweetness. And the pastries—oh, the pastries! Whether you’re in the mood for something flaky, creamy, or fruity, Nova Bakery has it all. Each pastry is crafted with care, offering a perfect blend of textures and flavors that keep you coming back for more. What truly sets Nova Bakery apart is their commitment to freshness. The lady who makes our cakes was on vacation (delicious beautiful cakes by the way) But at the last minute I told my wife to just order it from anywhere then my wife told me she ordered the cake from this place. I should've said Anywhere But them. I already knew it would be bad because several people I know have had bad experiences at this place. Then they charge extra for decorations ??? We wanted a horseshoe theme and they charged extra because they had to buy them (It's Fine I guess) But when we received the cake it had a horseshe in every corner and the rest of the cake was plain white. It looked horrible. Then when we cut it, It was so dry. Not a 3 leches at all, Unacceptable for a $200 cake. I warn everybody to PLEASE Stay away from this "bakery" Jewel's cakes are 100x better...
Read moreThe rude Hispanic lady asks me to pay when I was scheduled to pick up my cake. So now I know I didn't have to pay for it up front. I should have known this place was horrible when I saw the old products in store. I was supposed to have buttercream icing and it wasn't buttercream. The cake itself was almost liquid and wet. The icing had a disgusting after taste. The lady that was there when I picked up the cake was rude and cold. Everyone was in the back like I was disturbing her. These cakes are made by amateur cake makers that should only be baking at home. I feel that skimped on cake products and it tasted like it. Never will I ever purchase from...
