Ruan's China Kitchen — Restaurant in Worth Township

In about 3 years this is our third time ordering from here and I kick myself for “giving it another try” each time... if I could leave no stars I would! but this latest time was the end of the line for me.. So tonight I ordered from here had it delivered well half our food was missing and what actually came seemed like it was cooked yesterday and reheated about 20 times... when I called to let them know some items were missing this very rude lady screamed at me and said I never ordered there and hung up on me... three times I called back and she hung up each time...finally when she listed I provided the receipt number order number merchant id number and address and she said no I remember you I gave you all your food🤦🏼‍♀️ Really cause you just yelled and hung up three separate times saying that we never placed an order

She then would put down the phone to take other orders right in the middle of me talking (did this about 12 times) she was soo rude it was unreal to think people who are taking orders and talking to customers esp after we spent $72 are that unruly! I asked to speak to a manager and she put me on speaker phone and said “tell all the customers” like what the hell!? So needless to say I will never be eating here again... hope this places...

I have been eating from here for a few years.We had a big order for a birthday celebration.Mine.I am not gonna bash to exspect something,so here i go.I for myself had ordered beef chop suey.It was the blandest food i tried.I say try because i could not enjoy it.My daughter n law had a hot garlic chicken dish.It was not not hot nor garlically at all.I tried it to make sure.Again, i love this place.I know they were busy but a near $80 order,for that fact even a $10 order should be satisfied.I only am posting to inform the business because when i called to let them know,that i was not calling to get something for free but to be aware that maybe they can keep an eye on things closer.Again i know they were busy.They put me on hold and then got disconnected.So this is not to shed a bad review or bad rap the business.Ilove the people and food and have for a few years.Just had to say something.I will still order from here until i...

We love RUAN'S CHINA KITCHEN!!!!! THEIR FOOD THERE IS SO COMFORTING AND IT MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE THEY JUST MADE IT JUST FOR YOU. LIKE HOMEMADE COMFORT FOOD!!! THEIR STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY VERY KIND VERY HELPFUL. I LOVE THE BEEF AND GRAVY! THEY ACTUALLY WILL PUT IN BEAN SPROUTS FOR ME INSTEAD OF ONIONS!!!!! NO HASSLES NO PROBLEM THEY JUST WANT TO MAKE US ALL ENJOY THEIR FOOD AND FEEL HOW MUCH WE APPRECIATE THEM AND THEY APPRECIATE US ASK CUSTOMERS.

WE WILL NEVER ORDER,,, WELL LET ME REPHRASE THAT WE WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM CHI TUNG RESTAURANT SMELLS LIKE OLD MOP WATER IN THERE.
