I'M IN SHOCK!!!! On 04/24/2024 I ordered (4) Guacamole tacos for over $16.00 USC. When I received my order, I returned it, stating to the young lady that waited on me, "there's hardly any guacamole on these tacos". The young lady, stated that there was plenty of guacamole on the tacos, because she watched the cook make them. That was not the case. Anyway, the young lady asked me if I wanted my money back. I told her no, I would like to have what I normally order. The young lady handed me the food and stated very rudely, " I refunded your money back to your card, NOW, PLEASE DON'T EVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN"! . She had the nerves to tell a paying customer, "please don't ever come back here again! I was in shock! I asked her very kindly, "why would you talk to me like that. She said nothing. I stated, "Why would you handle a customer complaint in this manner... For the record, I have been going to Taco Burrito King for many years. I am a local police officer who have recommended many people to the restaurant over the years. I am also, an African American citizen. I feel insulted and discriminated against. First i would like to say I ate here 3 times in a row I gave this place chance after chance hoping for change but it was all 3 Big fat disappointments. The First time i ordered a tamale dinner all pork and red sauce double rice. they give me two chicken tamales and one pork and the chicken was tough spicy and flavorless and to make it worse the tamales were small as heck. the 2nd time i gave it another shot i ordered a pork tamale dinner double rice. the tamales was small again of course, but the tamales were BURNT...the edges was burnt the rice tasted old like it was sitting out and had a very funny nasty taste like chemicals. I also got a side of beans, the beans were SOUP...and it was bland it was so nasty me and my husband threw our food away and for this place to be so expensive its terrible. 3rd meal i had last night was a steak burrito and cheese fries. the burrito was on the small side but the steak was tender but flavorless and no seasoning. the beans where flavorless as usually but i ordered all the toppings on the burrito and didn't get it i basically got a meat and bean burrito! The fries was HORRIBLE...how do you mess up fries and cheese??? The fries was soggy as hell and half cooked, yes they gave me half cooked fries.
