Lucky's Pub and Grill — Restaurant in Wrightstown

My wife and I came here with family that we were visiting while in the area. The place was extremely busy, and it was glaringly clear that our waitress was new as she could not keep our two bills separate and missed multiple items on our order (I do not blame this waitress at all as we have all been there, things can get hectic when it’s busy). However, the waitress ended up running my card for both tickets. Again, things happen, no big deal. That said, when we called the owner to straighten it out, she made no attempt to reconcile the situation, saying we were likely lying to her. When we asked her to find both receipts, she could conveniently only find one of them. Our hopes was for her to compare the two signatures to show that they were signed by two different people. She told us we would have to talk with our bank to get comp’d for it. We usually have great service and great food at Lucky's but not this evening. Our order was taken and served in a timely manner but that was the last we saw our server. Drinks were never refilled, we were never checked on, and we waited and waited for the check. We went to the bar and asked for the bill and a box. The bartender brought them. I told her that usually we get great service but tonight it was embarrassingly poor. We could have walked out without paying and no one would have noticed. She then got snippy. "Yes we would have!" We keep trying Luckys hoping for a better experience than the past visits. The consistent issue each and every time is the service. I honestly can’t understand how they have as much business as they do with their lackluster performance. We ordered a hamburger today and it literally took a half hour. One of the 3 ppl that served our food said it was due to so many to go orders. There were other people sitting outside that had to go and find someone to take their order.
