Pulled up to the speaker in the first lane some guy was like this lane is closed can you please pull to the other side. If they would have put cones out it would have been nice no big deal thou. Drove to the other speaker and this guy goes what do you want. Um excuse me first of all a nice greeting would have been nice so i continued my order and he was just plain rude. He was a colored male in a grey shirt. So i said forget this im not going to spend my money here if they cant even treat there customers nice. So i called to let them know what i experienced and the first time i was hung up on. So i called back and the same guy who took my order answers the phone i could tell by his voice. He picks up the phone while talking to someone else and i asked if he was going to listen to me and he started to get very hostile about it. So i started to tell him about my experience and he starts laughing while others are laughing in the background and becomes argumentative. I said first of all i was just trying to tell you my experience so then i asked for a supervisor and he said i could go online. So then i asked him his name and he said it was Dante i dont even know if that is his real name.I question why he was being so rude and he said he was just doing his job. Is this how you train your people? For someone that has worked in customer service for 15 years i would never have spoken or even laughed at a customer on the phone. I placed an order on December 2. I had a chicken sandwich and my husband had a Big Buford. I ate a few bites of my chicken sandwich before I realized it was uncooked. I called the restaurant and was told they couldn’t give me a refund. I had to call the 800 number, so I called the 800 number and was told that corporate would call me because they had to issue the refund. It is now December 18 and I have called a few times, and I keep getting the runaround. I’m told that corporate will call me, and I have not heard from them. My husband also did not eat his burger that day because he was grossed out over my chicken. IF you have a problem at this restaurant, the restaurant itself cannot issue a refund, and I’m debating if corporate even exists at this point. Luckily, I did not get sick because if I would have I filed a lawsuit. INTERNAL FOOD GAGES exist for a reason.

I have called the 800 several times. I have sent numerous messages. No one has contacted me. It is now December 27 and this happened on December 2. Still a run around on the phone. Still no email!
UPDATE: it is JANUARY 2. A month later and no response from this company. Michigan Health Department can deal with this...
Read moreOrdered 6 sandwiches (4 minus mayo), 2 XL fries, & 2 kids meals. Was told there would be a 4 minute wait on the sandwiches - no big deal. We pay, pull up, and wait. And wait. And wait.
Finally, 30 minutes after placing our order, someone comes out asking what we ordered (because we weren't the only ones waiting for our food) and to see our receipts to verify our order. They didn't give us receipts.
The customer next to us asked for a refund... which he eventually got and he left without food even though it should've been on the house. A few minutes later they bring out our food... and all the sandwiches have excessive amounts of MAYO - which we ordered without.
I wasn't going back through the drive thru line after that but I will promise you we won't be going back. This isn't the first time there's been issues like this with a visit to this location. Usually I'm understanding but there was a fire 2 houses from ours today and as a result we have no power and I'm unable to cook and I NEEDED to go get something for dinner... but now I'm sitting in the dark, hungry, hot, and very...
