My family and I visit this Taco Bell frequently. They usually give quick, friendly, efficient service. Even now that they are only offering drive-thru service and the line is always packed, they seem to maintain it pretty well. My only issue is that they ALWAYS forget the cinnamon twists I order. ALWAYS. I usually have a decent size order, around $30 or so, and that's the one item they always forget. I went there tonight, had 6 cars in front of me but the line moved fairly quickly. When I got to the window I even asked the employee if everything was in the bag and he said yes. I always pull into a parking spot to check my order, while not holding up the line. Just like always my cinnamon twists weren't in the bag. And a side of sour cream was also missing. By this time there was 14 cars in the drive-thru line so I called the restaurant to explain my issue. I asked if they could just meet me at the door w/ my missing items so I didn't have to sit behind 14 other cars while the rest of my order got cold. Employee on the phone told me no, they couldn't do that. I could come get my missing items at another time or I could get back in line and wait. That's all they could do. So now I'm currently still sitting in the line waiting on 5 more cars left in front of me so I can get the items I originally ordered and paid for and they forgot... again. All while the other $30 worth of food is getting cold. I understand mistakes happen, that's fine. But when the second mistake happens every single time I come here, it gets a little frustrating. It's more frustrating that they couldn't meet me at the door or allow me to walk up to the window to grab my missing items. Cinnamon twists are premade and so are sides of sour cream. They could've easily handed them to me at the door or pickup window w/o causing any delays becuase those items are already made and ready to go. I just hoped since it was technically their mistake, maybe they would try to correct it as quickly as easily as possible. The fact that I've now been in line for the 2nd time for over 15min and the whole rest of m yorder is cold all due to a simple mistake in their part... is really frustrating and honestly unfair. So I basically just wasted 30min of time to get $30 worth of cold, soggy food. Read moreI wish I could leave zero stars. The 9pm crew on 5/19/2022 is extremely disorganized, unprofessional, and unhelpful. I made a mobile order which I picked up through drive thru. I parked to check my order and realized the order was incorrect. I was missing items and received additional items I did not order. I went inside to correct the order. I spent 10 min at the front desk, watching a crew of over 10 people look at me, have personal conversations, and look at their phone. I wasn’t helped until I called over a worker myself. I told him the issues and he asked me to tell him the items I ordered. After doing so, I asked if he wanted my mobile order number because the items required customization. He then left and came back a couple minutes later, saying they were remaking my order. I then offered my order number again so the items could be customized appropriately. He said he wouldn’t be able to pull up the order because it was no longer in the system. So I had to request a piece of paper to write down the entire order. I spent another 10 minutes or more waiting because the person helping me never came back. Again, the crew only looked at me and carried on with personal conversations. Finally, a worker came to the front but it was to give me my remade order that did not include the item modifications since no one took my paper with the written order. I insisted that the items required my specified modifications because there were a lot of add-ons that I prepaid for through the mobile app. I also stated how I tried to inform the person who first helped that I had modifications but I don’t know where he went and no one else took the paper I wrote on. So they had to remake my order, again. And one item was still incorrect. I can’t believe how complicated it was for the crew to complete a mobile order and how unprofessional and unhelpful the crew is in-store. Read moreI used to go to this location all the time at Northline and Fort Street in Southgate , Michigan this was the only taco bell I would go too, but not no more after what happened to me went through the drive my total was 8.46 handed the MANAGER 20.46 she handed me 2 dollars when i got my reciept back i noticed that she put it down for 10.46 I said it wasn't right I had to go back all the way thru the drive thru and and tell the MANAGER you have me the wrong change and you wrote up it wrong she said let me check my drawer she comes back to the window and says you did not hand me a 20 dollar bill I told her with respect I most certainly did because it was the only 20 dollars i had on me at the time and she said hold on a min she said she checked the cameras and me No you have me a 10 dollar bill and this point I was starting to get really mad at this night shift MANAGER and I told her to let me see the cameras and she said what am I supposed to do bring the monitor outside with an attitude and I said no let me come in and look at it and she said no I can't do that wait hold up I told her you are a manager it's your job to treat your customers with respect and she handed me back my correct change and said I paid for your meal and THREW the money at me I will never go back their long story short of you don't want to be ripped off don't go their at night especially when the night shift MANAGER named DIAMOND is working she is very rude and I will be letting everyone I know NOT to be going back to...
