I had many small jobs done here and found the price changed depending on who totaled my order but I wrote it off. My husband bought my engagement ring there and we were told it was one of a kind and made by one of the owners. I got it on Christmas Eve and within a month the white gold band was showing as yellow. We took it in, they agreed it was discolored and mentioned it likely just needed “re-dipped”. They did that at no cost and I got it back a week later. We then purchased more jewelry from them and within a month my ring was yellow again. I brought it back, the woman we spoke to that time said it was “dirty” but she would take care of it and they had my ring almost another full week. A week later, a diamond fell out of my ring so I took it back, yet again, another week. This was just in the first 6 weeks of owning my ring. February comes around and another diamond Falls out. I was diagnosed with cancer and had too much going on and was fed up with brothers at this point so I left it as missing. Today I took it to another shop to get a quote on replacing that missing diamond and they showed me how the first replaced diamond was a single cut, cheaper diamond than all the others and would need replaced to match the rest. In addition, they showed me under a microscope how the ring will continue to have problems due to the diamonds hanging off the edge microscopically and not having strong enough prongs to avoid losing stones. So another 300.00 spent to correct that and strengthen the prongs so I can keep my diamonds! I LOVE this ring, it’s stunning! But all things considered, I could never recommend Brothers...

I am in total shock with so many negative reviews toward Brothers Jewelry! My mother has gone here for years and I now go for any jewelry need. I've gotten countless jewelry cleaned with a very reasonable price and my mother goes there for any repair she needs with long lasting outcome and not being overcharged. The staff have always been kind and personal. The associate I spoke with when buying a watch recognized my last name and remembered my mom even though she hasn't been in a several months. Often they'll also service your jewelry from a different store as if its their own and will not over charge! My mother has gotten some rings from here and also has had them appraised over the years, comfy family owned business that’s very professional. In 2023 I brought in a Rolex Datejust that I had bought for myself to get some links taken out, it was around Christmas Eve. I was only there for not even 15 minutes, before I walked out I was wondering how much I’d have to pay. The elder gentleman who was helping me out shook my hand and wished me a Merry Christmas.
