Frank's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Wyandotte

6th visit was not the charm, still not recommended unless it's to someone you dislike. Food was not hot, bland/unseasoned. Service staff inattentive/unfriendly. JUST GO SOMEPLACE ELSE. EXTREME POOR MANAGEMENT ON SITE. Convicted felons deserve better. 5th visit, some things don't change, visit on Friday and these folks are just Bozos. Loud, obnoxious managers/owners, service continues to be flawed, food just is not good, long waits, food not hot. GO ANYWHERE ELSE OR STAY HUNGRY. Still bad..... Fourth visit on Saturday 6/3/23 with friends that had not been there in many years. Universal disappointment directed to service, menus, atmosphere and food. Ranking poor, pathetic, beyond bad to won't ever be back. This place advertises in business since 1952.... I don't know where this owner/chef came from or when, but this is not the Franks I grew up going to since the mid 1960s. Really poor stop on Biddle Avenue, don't subject your family or friends to it. Third visit on 3/26/23 and it was beyond horrible. Extremely slow service from wait staff & kitchen. They told us Henry Ford Hospital ordered 24 pizzas and the kitchen was busy with that. When they were ready, our waitress delivered them, then returned to the restaurant to continue waiting tables. What a circus, who is the clown that manages this place. We ordered a pizza, it was not good, very, very limited selection of beverages. Service very poor. I was texted to try another visit here, but 3 times bad, bad, bad. The food has to get much better to be mediocre. Bad food anywhere is overpriced, here it is sinful. Don't waste time or money here, just poorly managed, bad service, bad food. I love Wyandotte, and this establishment is beyond a disappointment. Wyandotte doesn't deserve this place, it is horrible.

Second visit & still a big miss. Food was not hot, would not recommend. Service was challenged, busy & uninformed. Too many really good italian/pizza restaurants to visit. Likely will not go back. Try Mama Mia's in Redford or Baldos on Telegraph. Both have way better food for about...

Yesterday my husband and I decided to have Frank's Pizza in Wyandotte. Unbelievable how much it has changed.

First off the pizza was very good. On the other hand the service was HORRIBLE!!!!!

There was only two couples in the whole place and we were one of them. There were 4 waitresses and another woman which I assumed was the owner or manager. The all hung out at the corner table in the back and they were loud and dropping F bombs and talking so loud. I couldn't believe that.

Our waitress didnt seem like she was in to her job, more like standing there chatting. We had to ask for her to fill our drinks. Then once again for our bill. Also the restaurant was dirty every mirror in there was full of handprints just disgusting and you think if they had time to stand around they should have been cleaning the mirrors and making it look presentable that's my opinion

Then when someone walked in they would yell to them across the restuarant are you here to pick up instead of walking up to the customer and asking what they were there for. It was the most ridiculous amount of lazy people working there. It seems like all they wanted to do was talk about their personal lives and forget about waiting on us. The other couple got so disgusted they ask for their order to go.

I don't think I'll be going back there anytime soon and I'm sure the waitress seen it in her tip just how good she was. I didn't leave much.

Sorry to rant on here but just wondering if anybody else has had any horrible experiences at Frank's I know it's under new ownership now it's definitely going to go down in the hole if they keep continuing to run the...

Let's start out by we've been going to Frank's for over 20 years I've been back 4 times now since they have reopened. The 1st few times were good this time was a terrible experience I ordered in person at 3 PM when they opened 2 large Frank specials plus pepperoni well done a large half cheese half pepperoni well done and a large Detroit style deep dish meat lovers with an order of chicken tenders. The kids liked the chicken tenders and for the pizzas they were not well done and the toppings were minimal definitely not like the consistency we remember in the past. I was told 30 minutes and ended up getting the food at 4:05 no complaints they only had one cook show up and a new girl who was on her first day I spent 90 bucks plus tip I really want to love this place but boy they need some work. If your going to make pizza your main focus please do it well!!! The pizza has always been great before and I understand times have changed and staff is a problem if you want to make it another 50 years please address your issues or change the name. I have read several reviews and we all seem to have similar complaints their is no need for your generic response to these reviews for us to send you an email further explaining our concerns please take the time to read all these negative reviews asap as we have all taken the time to speel out what's wrong. Ignore the service complaints since service has always been terrible but the food was delicious and we have always came back. I haven't given up yet and will be back and I pray you can get back on track for another...
