Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Wyandotte

EVERY SINGLE time I order from this location my order is WRONG. Anything from wrong toppings to missing condiments that you pay extra for. I finally had enough and called about missing mayo packets. Yes I know that is something dumb to call about. But when EVERY time they get your order wrong it gets annoying. I called and spoke with a so called Manager Jodie who told me she was going to refund approximately 8 dollars back. The only thing I wanted was the .15 they charged. She said she had pulled up our order and refunded the money. Funny thing is the order was payed by cash. I called back to ask for the corporate number because at this point their so called management is just lying to their customers. Jodie stated she did not have it and said just call back tomorrow. I said that is not good enough. I really felt like I was being lied too. What restaurant does not have their corporate number available? Every one that I ever worked in had it available at all times. This is one of those stores that is all about making money by any means possible. I honestly can’t help but laugh about this whole experience. I have not been to Hungry Howie’s in years, because there isn’t one close to where I live. I got a pizza and wings and was so excited. I finally got to my parents house and opened my wings and burst out laughing. How and why would you think this is okay to present wings like this to a customer if they are advertised as “coated in our spicy buffalo sauce”. Coated??? It looks like you opened a hot sauce packet, squeezed it on top and called it good. This is so ridiculous. Take a second and look at what I THOUGHT I was ordering vs. what I got. I hope you laugh too. I drove all the way back to the store with the wings in hand and showed them to a manager and she stared at me with a blank face and then asked me “what? did you want more sauce or something?” well yeah?! Honestly the only reason I’m even giving a second star is because I did eventually get a refund. Please don’t false advertise, you totally ruined my lunch and I will definitely not be back. Called our order in because online didn't provide a place for their promo code, girl was nice found the code took order said to pick up in 25 mins. Husband went in Male employee read back order before charging his credit card. (So clearly 2 times now order has been confirmed) husband waits and waits 30 mins later now running late for work himself someone comes out and tell him the order wasn't made... how was it not made when it was confirmed twice and paid for.
