I honestly don't think words would ever be able to do justice to how grateful I am for Ayesha and everything she's built at Crystal Café, but I'm going to try anyway because someone like her deserves to be recognized. Ayesha, thank you from the bottom of my heart for not only serving food but for offering an experience, a comfort zone, and a home away from home each time I walk through the doors or order from you. You've done something so special at Crystal Café—something that's not just about food, but about care, consistency, and connection. I have eaten at numerous restaurants, but none compare to the love, passion, and effort that goes into every bite of food that leaves your kitchen. Every time I sit down and take that first bite of my absolute favorite, the Nashville Beef Loaded Fries, it is like all of the day's stress just melts away. There's a magic in the way the crispy fries, spicy beef, and sauces all come together — it's a hug on a plate. It's not just food; it's reassurance that someone out there is taking this much trouble to make people happy, and that someone is you.
And it's not only the fries — the entire menu is filled with comfort, flavor, and pure delight. Your burgers are always done just right, juicy and satisfying, with that certain Crystal Café magic that no other burger place can replicate. The chicken wings and fried chicken are in a different league — crunchy, bursting with flavor, and cooked with the care and attention to detail that is the mark of someone who obviously cares about his patrons. And then more recently, with you introducing Chinese food to the menu, it was just further proof of how committed you are to constantly changing, growing, and giving people more to love. Even something like your biryani, such a comfort food, such a classic dish, tastes like it's been prepared by family — the spices, the aroma, everything is just right. You’ve managed to make Crystal Café not just a restaurant but a place where people can come in and know that no matter what kind of day they’re having, they’re going to leave happier, fuller, and taken care of.
And let’s not forget the little things that make a big difference — the desserts and drinks. Your milkshakes — Strawberry, Cookies and Cream, and Chocolate — are literally the greatest meal finisher. It's like every drink is made with the intention of making someone's day a little bit better. Whether it's a sweet craving, a pick-me-up, or just something cold and flavorful to wash down the food, those milkshakes never fail to do the trick. You've thought through every aspect, from the flavors to the presentation to the service, and it shows.
Most of all, though, Ayesha, thank you for the love and energy you put into everything that you do. It is not an easy feat to operate a restaurant — I know it takes long hours, sacrifices, and so much work behind the scenes that customers will never get to see. And still you show up, still you dish out wonderful food, and still you make Crystal Café a place people can count on. It's not just a business; it's a reflection of your kindness, your heart, and your dedication. You've created something real, something that has meaning to people like me. So, thank you — for the food, for the memories, for the work, and for making sure there's always somewhere I can go when I need something really good. I hope you know how much it means and how many people's days you brighten without...

Read moreCrystal Cafe kept the same decor as Meteor Burger down to the mini tvs on the right wall and the red light bulb. The restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms.
The staff on duty were very polite and fast. I came around noon and there were 2 guys. One was manning the register and the other was cooking.
I ordered the mushroom burger with an extra patty, loaded beef fries, and a masala chai tea. It was a lot of food. The tea was good, not too sweet, and you can taste the spices they used. The loaded fries were delicious. The zinger seasoning they used was salty, sweet, a hint spicy. The house sauce was a creamy mayo aioli like sauce. The fries were crispy, and the beef was a chopped up beef patty with the zinger seasoning. Now the burger. It was juicy and messy! Reminds me of how Meteor Burger burgers would drip on the first bite. The BBQ sauce was a nice addition. The mushrooms were savory as well. I wish the bun was toasted more but it was still tasty.
Definitely will be coming back to try their different...
