Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Wylie

Their food has always been amazing but the nighttime manager as he told me he was I’m not really sure if he was or not and he refused to give me his name. He did not have on a name tag. Chubby white boy maybe mid 30s early 30s don’t really know. dark hair. Very rude very feminine so I know corporate can tell you who that is but I’m making a phone call tomorrow because he was very rude to my child and then very rude to me on the phone and our food came wrong after he was rude on the phone because I did not want to place an online order. Every time I called and asked to speak to the general manager he tells me that I cannot speak to the general manager. The general manager is not in and it’s been over a week now because it was before Thanksgiving. I have tried plenty of times to call and they don’t answer the phone. The GM for this establishment apparently is him and that he doesn’t want to tell me that because he’s the one that I get every time I ask for a manager. I’ve been to the store three different times I sent myself and I sent my sister in and I sent my daughter. We all asked for a manager at different times so he did not know we were together. We did not park in front of the store and every single time he tells us that there is no other manager. and I don’t even care about the fact my food was messed up at this point. It’s about the fact of how rude he is and he does not care about customer service at all. So go to the other Pizza Hut on 78 or go to Murphy don’t even go to this one because they weren’t like us a year ago or even two years ago when we first moved down here and start ordering pizzas and I have not had this problem with any other...

On April 30th, I made an order at 10:44 pm. At almost an hour and a half later, I get a phone call from the delivery driver asking how to find my apartment. Something, no other delivery person has had an issue with. It's literally a half circle, so it doesn't matter which direction you go. I explain as best I can, considering that it's not that hard, and he still never delivers. The place closes at 12 AM and doesn't answer when I try to get my money back. When I try to go online, the complaint freezes every time I enter a zip code. To top it all off, when the delivery guy originally called, he talked to me like he was doing me a favor that he doesn't have to do. After the increase in food prices, the huge delivery fee and a tip... they're doing me a favor? Later the delivery guy texts saying he was outside my door the last time he called, and I sent him away. First, if he was outside my door, all he had to do was knock. Second, I had been standing outside for 15 min, because this guy claimed he couldn't find my place. So, I could see my door and I know he wasn't there. Then at 2 AM, I get a phone call. I was asleep and woke up... I called back. The manager pretends he can't hear me and try's to pretend he is trying to get to the bottom of things. 1) He calls at 2AM, which is unreasonable by itself. 2) Really? You can't hear me... that's your excuse? Never again! Pizza Hut has always sucked, but I thought I would give them a try... and of course, nothing...

This has been the worst experience i have ever had with pizza Hut. I love them and I hate any other pizza place. But these stupid people up here have destroyed any good name they had. I ordered a pizza at 4:30 told it would be here by 5:15. Fine all good. Its a rainy day its beem about 15 min since the were supposed to be here so i called to make sure everything was alright. I was told that it WAS CASHED OUT!!!! I hadnt received it obciously so i was livid that they allowed someone to steal my money since i paid with credit card. Each time i got on the phone with someone they continued to put me on hold and pass me around because they HAD NO IDEA WHAT HAD HAPPENED!!! So by the time I go to the entitled manager named Meagan I was already very angry. I told her not in a calm way what the issue was and instead of helping she argued with me and told me to be quite. As i was now arguing with this child she hangs up on me 3 times and I AM THE ONE WHO HAS TO CALL BACK!!!!! After telling them I was calling corporate she threatened me to call them and continued to yell and argue with me about it. After I could not deal with her foolishness anymore I gave the phone to my mother who had just walked in where she continued to scream and argue for at least 3min until my mother had to scream at her to stop. She eventually did give us the pizza and money back. But I'll never ever ever. Use...
