I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this ice cream spot! The variety of ice cream flavors was amazing, and I was thrilled to discover unique combinations that I had never even heard of before. On top of that, the addition of traditional Mexican beverages such as Horchata and agua frescas really added to the overall experience.

The gentleman who assisted me and my son was incredibly friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond by allowing us to sample the different ice cream flavors and even treated us to a complimentary paleta - it was such a thoughtful gesture that really made our day!

Overall, I couldn't recommend this spot more highly. The customer service was top-notch, and the quality of the food was simply outstanding. We finally had a chance to try Los Munchies tonight, & WOW! The place was bright, fun, welcoming, & clean. The staff were all very friendly... I met Yami & was treated to excellent customer service. She was very knowledgeable & patient with me (a first timer) & explained their menu, flavors, etc. I asked her recommendations & she suggested the Mangonada, which I've never had, but I've been curious. She made me a tiny sample, let me try the chamoy & tajin with a bit of the mango ice cream... she really went above & beyond to make our experience great. We'll definitely be back to try more flavors & some nachos, too!

Oh, & the best part, other than the tasty treats? This all happened about 5 minutes before they closed! We usually hate being the folks strolling in at closing time, but we accidentally did it tonight. Yami was so graceful, patient, & genuinely kind to us. I'm so glad we stopped by,...

I visited Munchies this evening after dinner and I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and was given a walk-through of the wide variety of options and flavors. I was thoroughly impressed with all of the options for it being a small “Mom and Pop” shop and it took me a minute to make a decision, but I ended up getting the Pecan Praline and Caramel ice cream. The ice cream was relatively light but really flavorful! I was shocked it was homemade and it made it to where I definitely want to go back and more flavors.
