For service, friendliness, and choice Ming Moon meets all my expectations. Like many Chinese takeout restaurants, they have all the classics. My favorite is sesame chicken. It only took ten minutes for my order to be prepared. I was amazed. Since the menu is so extensive, there are no item descriptions. I tend to have issues after eating green bell peppers. I've not been to a restaurant before who puts them in sesame chicken, so I didn't even think to ask. I would suggest if you have any dislikes, you double check what will be in the dish you're ordering. They didn't ruin my meal, but I felt wasteful picking them out. Also, my crab rangoons had no crab in them. They were all cream cheese. They were still tasty, but it wasn't what I would call a crab rangoon. Overall the food was above average, but not great. Some of the chicken chunks were too large and one was not thoroughly cooked. The food was fresh and the fried items were crisp, but not greasy. Clearly they're doing something right. Also on the plus side, their seating is comfortable. Some booths I've sat in are hard and uncomfortable. The booths here were the right balance between comfortable and firm. If you're looking for a local favorite that'll be just right for those nights you don't feel like cooking, they'll be just right.

Wow. For starters, the food was absolutely disgusting. The meat was not fresh, looks like we got bottom of the pot SLOP. Never have had a gelatinous serving of cashew chicken. The veggies in the tray were completely raw. But the food being disgusting was not even the worst of it. We called in to speak to someone about the food issue and they were instantly rude and lack any kind of customer service skills. Not only was the lady incredibly rude, didn't want to listen to our complaint, but HUNG UP on us after she told us "well do not order from us again." We are baffled! With that kind of customer "service" I dont see how anyone would continue to order from them, regardless of the disgusting food. And from reading other reviews looks like we aren't the only ones who think so. RUDE.

Was reluctant to try because of all the negative reviews but my son wanted to give Ming Moon a try and we were not disappointed! Reminds me of one of those good old hole in the wall type of Chinese cuisine from back home in Chicago! The egg foo young(pictured) was made fresh and the gravy was so good and my son had the Kung pao mix (pictured) and it was equally as good…everything was made fresh and cooked to order even the egg roll was crispy…so here’s a great review that will maybe help boost up their business a bit because my son & I will definitely be back!

I called to place a delivery order at 9:22 on a Monday evening. Their website states that their business hours are between 11am and 10pm Mon-Sun with no special notation for delivery hours. When I called to place the order the person who answered the phone had to verify that they were still taking delivery orders. After my order was placed I received a call back from Ming Moon and the person on the other end asked if I was going to tip and how much.!? I asked if my order was a problem and was told that they close at 9:30 but they were still going to deliver my food. When my food was delivered I asked again what time the restaurant closes. I was told 9:30 and the flyer attached to the delivery bag confirmed this. Had I known that the restaurant closed at 9:30 and not 10pm, as the website states, I wouldn't have called to place the order. I spent some time in the food service industry growing up and ordering that close to closing isn't cool. They clearly need to correct the listed hours of operation on their website. I also think they should conduct themselves with more professionalism. We are no longer taking delivery orders would have been better than "Are you going to tip and how much?"

I ordered Sesame Chicken ($8.25) and added a Chicken Stick ($2.50) order because the minimum delivery amount is $10. Only the Sesame Chicken was delivered.

I will not be ordering from...
