Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Wyoming

While my food was fine, they screwed up my order. All I asked for was mayo on a sandwich than didn't normally have mayo. While the store sent me out a remade sandwich for free, by the time it arrived I had already finished my first sandwich, and I felt bad for the driver who didn't get a tip for delivering a free sandwich (because I paid with card and had no cash on me or I would have). Plus I was full and didn't need to eat two sandwiches. Guess I'll save this one for later.

All this after I called a JJs closer to me (who had a 4+ rating) who said I was outside their delivery zone. Both are managed by the same people so I'll be leaving a similar review on their location. I don't normally order delivery from places with less than a 4 star rating, and this experience proved to me why I shouldn't do it again...

I drove to Jimmy John's this week (as I am out of their delivery zone) and ordered 2 Un-wiches (which is a sandwich wrapped in lettuce instead of Bread) by phone on my way there. To my delight it was ready by the time I got there. However when I got back to my work (32nd and Eastern) I realized they had accidentally given me 2 Regular Sandwiched with bread. I would normally man up and deal with it, but I am allergic to wheat. So...I called Jimmy Johns and after a personal apology from the GM they had 2 New Un-wiches DELIVERED to me within 15 minutes. They also included a couple coupons for a free sandwich. What a great make-up for a minor mistake!! I ordered Jimmy John's to be delivered to me at work. I just got a slim combo, I customized the sandwich to be cut in half and for them to bring me mayonnaise packets.

The sandwich showed up, but it was not cut and there was no mayonnaise.

Because I was at work, I could not get mayonnaise anywhere else, and when I called the person was pretty rude but did tell me that when the driver got back to the store she would have them re-deliver mayonnaise packets.

After the second delivery happened I opened my sandwich to show that bread was missing and pieces of lettuce and things from other sandwiches on the wrapping and even on my sandwich.

So disappointed to pay for something so unappetizing.
