Edit Nov 2023: consistently long waits for curbside or they forget you're there (this has happened many times). This location was incredibly understaffed for the morning rush. Cars were backed up both ordering lanes to the back side of the building. Many cars were backing out and leaving the line. I will say, the two employees working moved people through the drive through very quickly -but they were ignoring curbside patrons. After 10 minutes and a very unfair wait of watching many new cars processed before me, I called and a staff person brought me my order. She didn't apologize but did say there were only 2 people working. My hash browns were soft and barely warm like they'd been sitting in the bag for a while. I tried to call back to get my money back but no one answered (honestly not surprising considering staffing). I wasn't given a receipt so I couldn't fill out the survey (I’ve also noticed they don’t give receipts at this location -purposeful so they don’t get surveyed?). I'll explore other options online.

This just happened. Used app. Crashed when trying to enter spot. Happens often. Ordered 2 mcchickens (One was free with points) only got one at the end by the way, mcdouble, triple cheese and 4 beverages. Not a problem I hop inside and use wifi to confirm the spot. It wanted me to reorder but I'm not doing that since I was already paid and I showed my emailed receipt. The lady helping me referred me to another manager Shorter Heavier guy. He took my phone a reordered and charged me another $15! The General Manager Kyle came up and made an absolute surprise snarky remark "Just give it to him instead of arguing 🙄 " now we weren't arguing I was trying to explain and both managers disrespected and disregarded what I was saying so that I'm double charged and these managers stole from me! I ordered 3 large fries at 1030 pm. They were not busy. When they informed me I would have to wait a few minutes, I assumed the fries would be crispy fresh. The fries had most likely been refried to heat them up or they were pulled too soon. Either way they were garbage. I don't complain to the store, I just eventually stop going.
Everyone I order a sandwich it's all over the place. Sauce on the outside, cheese hanging off the side. None of the ingredients in place and sometimes not even wrapped tight enough to not fall apart inside the bag.
