Sorry but not sorry for the rant I'm about to go on....BUT the service wasn't just horrible it was unpleasant, unprofessional and uncleanness. After waiting over 20-30 minutes in line the person at the speaker didn't let me finish my order, by not acknowledging weather or not she had the items I had ordered, so I pulled up because I thought they had it by not acknowledging me. So, when I got to the pay window I had to finish my order. When I pulled up to the second window they didn't even know what my order was! After getting my food my 10 piece chicken nugget was cold, I didn't get a spoon for my ice cream( which we had to use a straw) NO STRAWS for our drinks AND NO NAPKINS! Please train your employees to at least give NAPKINS that's the worse. Last but not least the man that passed the drinks and ice cream got the hot fugde all over the drink carrier therfore ALL OVER EVERYTHING! ONCE AGAIN...
Read moreThey were so understaffed this morning they had their lobby closed out.. But since people were in there they were letting customers in. They had one person in the kitchen one person doing the running around. One cashier and manger was at the drive thru. When asked why was her door locked she stated that Corp gave her permission to lock the doors because they were under staffed.. If that's the case why would they be allowing drive thru to place orders. The cashier was so nervous and clearly was making mistakes because like she said she was NEVER trained to run thw front register. People getting paid $12 an hour and they can't even show up for their shift.... This McDonald's needs better staffing and better management.. Because tho she was doing it with thw couple of people she had they were not really...
Read moreThey almost always mess up my food orders, the atmosphere is also chaotic and uneasy for anyone to sit and enjoy a quick meal. The majority of McDonald's I've been to allow people, especially teenagers to loiter and be loud and obnoxious, this mcdonalds happens to be one of them as well. The one thing about this specific restaurant that stood out in a good way is the single handful of great employees with awesome customer service skills. For instance, the prep cooks could mess up my food and the cashiers there are usually great at easing the situation and handling the problem. I'd say work on learning how to put everything on your monitors in the bag and actually making it nicely rather than slapping...
