There's one great lady that handles orders in the morning and that's it. I just got handed the most disgusting bitter coffee mixed with the worst service possible . . . From a morning manager.
They make more than Starbucks and most restaurants servers, they should be doing a hell of a lot better with customer service.
I understand that it's just fast food but their coffee wins awards against big brands and it pisses me off that this one is always so damn horrible and it's the newest.
I've never had these problems with any other McDonalds in town. It's just this one that's absolute trash and they lost me as a customer for good. I went there because its on my way and that 1 lady was awesome and now totally not worth it.
For more context, I have an ulcer and I go get an iced coffee twice a week with extra cream and Caramel. It doesn't matter if I put 1 extra or 5 of each, they just hand me coffee with a little cream and that's it. No caramel and it's the most bitter disgusting thing I've ever tasted. When it's actually done right, it such a tremendous pain relief to my stomach. I've never even had to customize it at any other store because they make it right. The cream and ice calm my stomach but when it's bitter then it's the reverse and it causes my ulcer to flair up from a drink. Which is annoying. I don't even know why I kept trying.
I have a big family so I never go to that one for food and always go to the one on college because they can handle bigger orders better without mistake, so if you can, go to College or even the one on lincolnway. Much better service...
Read moreI went to this McDonald’s on Friday night January 5 threw the drive through we ordered our regular food and when we went to pay the lady, she proceeded to give us our drinks and turns around for a minute then gives us our food I dident realize she never gave us our card back so then we left when we got home. we realized we dident have it then we returned to McDonald’s and asked for our card the lady said they did have it then proceeded to get the manager then she comes with a attitude asking for a id very rudely then we show it to her and asked why we dident get our card before we got our food then she said that we left before her employee could give it to us,we then asked how could we have left before if she was suppose to give us our card before the food then this lady just askes us to leave and closes the drive threw window and the whole time both her and her employee where very rudley and I would like to know who was working that shift because it was very disrespectful the way we where treated and very unprofessional to have acted that way after...
