McDonald's — Restaurant in Wyoming

Around about 11 last night I went through drive-through to get the 2 for 6 regular quarter pounders with cheese and end up getting two double quarter pounders that was completely not done like completely raw in the inside and I have pictures to prove it . Tried to contact the store no answer . I was frustrated by the food that could have made me very sick if I didn't notice and spit it out before swallowing the uncooked food I turned around. Not to disrespect your restaurant in anyway but I do not know what kind of workers you have cooking your food let alone serving your customers and is OK with handing out raw food and when a customer comes to return it the supervisor or whoever it was that took it back was very nonchalant about it and did not care as if this is not Their fault . When it comes to the health of other people I have no problem contacting the health department with this concern because just wonder how many people last night was giving burgers that wasnt completely done if I was given two that equals to 4 raw uncooked Patties ! Your employees should really be more careful how they cook your food and send it out to your customers that are paying their money for cooked food at right temperature to be consider it completely done.! If you want poor families like me to eat there again you have to bring your prices back down, we came for shakes only last time because they were a dollar. Stop screwing your stores around by selling over price fake beef 40 percent beef and 60 percent steroids.. 1.00 items would help business again or is it true mc Donald's is really real estate making money off the franchises. Franchises don't make much money 995000 a year, not much when you consider labor, insurance, food costs, and so on. We need to boycott mc Donald and say no way. I placed an online order here at approximately 8 pm on 12/29/2024 First off, I was charged twice. Refunded for one immediately through the app and walked in to receive my order but the app somehow glitched and didn’t send my order over to McDonald’s. Despite showing them my receipt on the McDonald’s app as well as showing them my bank statement they would NOT make my order. I stood there for almost 30 minutes while the sorry workers in the back laughed at me for explaining my issue. I had two hungry kids in the car waiting for their food that I PAID FOR AND DID NOT RECEIVE so I don’t understand what was so amusing about that? Manager was the least helpful but Kimberley Pacheco was by far the rudest and most unprofessional worker I’ve encountered at this location and started cussing and popping her neck at me like I was wrong for wanting something that I rightfully paid for.

All the years I’ve been a loyal customer to this location, and I have never had any problem with the service being this bad in the past. Majority of the workers know me very well but the people that were on duty tonight were just blatantly rude and dismissive.
