Go to Stacy or Flake if you can. Ordered for pickup to be ready at 6:35pm left the store with our food at 6:55pm. When we walked in at 6:35pm there was one person having a sandwich made otherwise the store was empty and they hadn't even started our mobile order. The worker at the front said she was the only one making sandwiches and went to the back to ask the other girl to help. They got in some kind of fight, the one making sandwiches told the other one to "quit threatening and just leave then", so not sure what was going on with that. No one came in after the guy that was there when we walked in left, and it still took 20 minutes to get our food. Also, the girl making the sandwiches was coughing very loudly and not covering her mouth the entire time.. like come on, at least cover your mouth with your elbow if you're around food. My sandwich was supposed to have chicken, lettuce, spinach, honey mustard and garlic aioli (yes I'm picky), I ended up getting chicken, lettuce, spinach, onions, peppercorn ranch, salt and pepper.. ?? Read moreSo the guy with long curly hair that works there told my wife that we have to order online next time because of how many subs she ordered for me and our kids. He said it is easier for him if we do that instead. He also said that if other people were there he would have to help them first because of how many subs she ordered even if we were there first. He was BEYOND rude and we are never going back because of him. The reason we don't order online is because he always messes our subs up. He definitely needs more training on customer service. New menu items since we’d been, and was rather shocked at the substantial increase in price, when after eating, the product has decreased in value and aren’t as good as they used to be.
Unfortunately, during this experience, the music choice (assumed to be selected by the employees) was definitely not appropriate for my 2 children, or the other 2 younger children in the restaurant at the time. We packed up the remainder of our food and ate in our vehicle.
