I was looking forward to my first appointment at this salon, unfortunately that appointment never happened.
I was called by the salon one hour prior to my scheduled appointment time, to inform me that they would need to push my appointment back 30 minutes. I explained that due to having an infant at home, my schedule did not have the flexibility for a change in such short notice. I inquired if the salon could accommodate my schedule, or provide me with an incentive for the inconvenience as a first-time customer. The associate put me on hold and brought my question to the manager. The response I received was, "We do not provide discounts, you can come in at your original appointment time, but you will have to wait."
I do appreciate the call to inform me that my appointment would not be on time. However, I do not appreciate the lack of sensitivity and consideration to my situation. I canceled my appointment and will not be making another due to this interaction. Too...

Rescheduled said appt when the last one was cancelled but told a week later that you don't have an appt and the appt was booked by someone else. Called AGAIN to try to make another appt and was offered an 11:30 only to be booked for a 12:30. Total confusion leading to lack of needed services. What a mess!!! Will finish my package and find somewhere else.
Update: This mess continues. I bought a massage package with Chelsea only to be told about halfway through that she "no longer works here". Made an appt with someone else. Showed up for my appt and was told she was sick. Rescheduled that appt and was called and told "she no longer works here" and I'd need to reschedule. I get there and Ann (who I was scheduled to see) told me that she only had an hour slot available and didnāt have enough time to do a full set.
