Manager was very nice that helped the person next to us. The younger employee that helped me was a complete prick. As soon as I walked up he basically rolled his eyes at the fact that he had to help a costumer rather than sit and listen to music in his ear buds. I had to politely ask him to speak up or repeat himself three times because of how quiet he spoke, which clearly irritated him more based on his exasperated sighs. To his credit he did bring me the oil filter I asked for, but due to the configuration of my vehicles filter and the oil wrench I own, I need a filter with the indentations around the outside edge. The one I asked for did not have this and I had to ask him to switch it for a different one. Then he became straight up rude and told me that the one he brought would work fine. I tried to explain why I needed a different one several times and he kept cutting me off while I was speaking. I eventually gave up trying to explain when he said in a very rude tone, "it's fine I'll just get you what you want"..... like, ok, yeah that's what I was hoping for to begin with but without the passive aggressive argument. Came in 5 minutes before they closed to grab a couple quarts of motor and before I get a “hello” , I am greeted with a guy saying “make it fast, I close at 6 o’clock”.

How rude can you possibly be? I understand the need to close on time, and you want to leave, but treat your customers with more respect and not as a burden. Extremely disappointed.
