Tacos El Caporal — Restaurant in Wyoming

After months of waiting for this new building to open, it did this week. The food was delicious, authentic, and well-priced. Service was prompt and friendly. You squirt your own salsa on the chips instead of dipping them. Be warned, the green is un poquito picante, but delicious.

The dining room is a lively, but a bit on the spartan side as far as decorating. It's comfortable with a mix of norteño and banda. However, like many breweries, it's very echo-y and so it's a little difficult to have a normal conversation. Also everything is served on styrofoam with plastic utensils, so it feels more like an indoor take-out place.

Wyoming has a wealth of wonderful Latin restaurants, and I'm glad to see this...

I ordered 3 tacos, a asada burrito and chips and salsa with a side of guacamole. I got a bag of chips no salsa and guacamole. I never got my burrito nor my tacos. I ended up getting it all. 3 tacos almost cost me $16. Chips with no salsa and a side of guacamole ended up costing me $20. Half d to consider going...

First time trying. Had the fried taco shells with chicken (not sure of the platter name) came with 4 tacos I got 2 beef 2 chicken with all the "fixings" In my opinion the meat was tasteless.
