KFC — Restaurant in Wyoming

I go to this location at least four times a week. I live alone so I don't cook too often. 50% of my orders are less than perfect. Either they forget the sauce, honey or another condiment. I was upsold an additional side for $1. Mashed potatoes were already included so I chose Mac and cheese. I got two Mac and cheeses and no potatoes. Today they forgot to include my cookie with my $5 fill up and the sauce for my popcorn chicken. The mistakes are not huge and do not cause the situation worth going back, but it is always something. Also today, I walked in, I normally do drive through, but today I went inside. The gal behind the counter states, "I will be right with you.". She goes out of my sight and returns with a broom and sweeps the entire line. She finally set the broom aside and took my order. I cannot imagine that it was that messy that my order was put on the back burner for sweeping. But this is not the first time I have been ignored. Last week I took a friend there and what appeared to be a manager yells to me as we walk through the door, "someone will be right with you!". At least three people walked by us and 7 minutes later our order was taken. None of this will stop me from going there, but if you are picky about service, you may want to...

Very Rude Customer Service at this KFC! both in person and in the drive thru the employees give you trouble if you ask for your chicken or sides the way you want them...I mean you are paying YOUR money right? they dont give a damn and dont ask them a question about the items on their menu...the guy at the drive thru window and in person told me to look at the menu when I asked him what comes with a certain meal deal because I was unsure...he has done this more then once! and their food has changed BIG TIME! and the prices have went up as well..especially on Family meals...also it doesnt taste like it use to the chicken is very bland and so are the other items. I recommend going somewhere else their not worth the time or money.... 1 STAR I would rate less if I could....I don't know if the employees here are upset that they have to work or what but they really need to change the way they treat their customers even if it is Fast...

This is the KFC we usually go to but we usually go at night and that crew/food is AMAZING super friendly and food is perfect. Because it was so good we started going for lunch (12pm-1pm) I am okay with slower service I am never in a hurry and I respect lunch rushes, however the last couple times we went during lunch the food was terrible and I feel bad saying it. As a business I think you should know that the crew during the lunch hours severely over cooks the chicken. Everytime I have thrown my lunch away because the chicken is so badly over done you cant eat it, like literally can't chew it its so tough. You can't even break it in half. I was shocked to get this quality of food compared to the night crews. The sides are great as always but the chicken isn't even edible. It's fried to a crisp, dry, hard, and stringy. I gave it a good try but I will have to switch locations, I just can't keep wasting money here I...
