Dosey Dough bakery has always been my go-to. I have purchased birthday cakes, Communion cakes, and various holiday cakes from this establishment. I've always been very happy but the past three cakes I purchased have been subpar to say the least. My guests have made comments on how the cakes were decorated. They were just not decorated well at all. The last one was so bad that I was embarrassed to bring it to my family party and left it home. I stopped and bought cake at Giant and it looked better. I looked at the dosey doe box a little more closely and discovered that they had put their label on top of another bakery's label. I called Dosey Dough and ask them where the cake came from. Dosey Dough is not even baking their own cakes anymore. I am no longer using Dosey Dough as my bakery for special occasion cakes. I wish I could post a picture of how bad the cake looks.

Neighborhood coffee and breakfast shop on a busy (noisy) road. A handful of tables inside and more outside. For a small venue, it is packed to the gills with great homemade or local choices of baked goods, bagel, breads, cakes, fancy nuts, pasties, fudge, and fine choices of prepared sandwiches and soups. Even have homemade treats for your furry friends! I always go for a bacon egg and cheese on egg bagel, always hits the spot. Self-serve coffee or specialty coffees on order. Great place for gifts, whether edible, for beverages such as coffee or tea, tea cups, cards or fun magnets! Right now, the Spring/ Easter-themed selections are over the top! And the gorgeous cakes are perfect for a special occasion. Love the staff, kind and efficient. Plenty of free street parking or park in the free lot right next store facing the train tracks.

In town on a business trip and googled “breakfast sandwiches,” and luckily Dosie Dough came up! Very neat breakfast spot! They didn’t have regular rolls which is what I’m used to, so the “Jewish Deli roll” was recommended.. Now I feel the need to find these back in Jersey😂 I got a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich with salt, pepper, ketchup on a Jewish deli roll. Awesome location, friendly staff, quick service, and great food. 5/5 stars👏🏼

The owner gave very poor service!!

For the past 3 weeks I have been visiting a very sick patient at the hospital. I would pick up coffee, pastry and bagels for the nurses as a treat and thanks. I would also get something for myself. Each morning the cashier would package everything in a sturdy handled shopping bag for ease of carrying it. On on Dec 24 th I made my normal purchases and when I approached the register the gentleman at the counter rang me up and I asked for a handled bag to put everything in. He said I'm sorry but I'm not going to do that, I'm going to give you this plastic bag and you'll have to carry your coffee separately. I asked him again very politely, that it's very easy for me to carry everything in this way can I please have a handle bag to put everything in. Again, he refused, and said he's the owner of the establishment and he will not do that for me. I explained to him I've been here every morning for the past 3 weeks and the person at the register gave me a bag to handle everything in. He said to me I can't do this for you and I won't do it for you, i could have it in a carry tray, but I explained to him I have other things to carry and it'll be easier for me to have a bag. After the third time with him refusing to put this in a bag for me I explained to him that I am a customer and I think customer service is very important for me to even consider coming back here again. He explain to me that this was a liability issue if the coffee spilled. I said to him it's more of a liability if I spill it on me trying to which juggle other things. I never heard of a coffee establishment refusing to put something in a bag for me I thought this was absolutely ridiculous. They've lost a customer. Even though I may not be returning for the hospital, I would be returning for myself for future purchases. Having worked in retail for 35 years the one thing that was always stressed is the customer is...

I Love Supporting Local. This year my 4 year and I started having a little breakfast date before pre-school. DD has a small section of candy filled toys such as cars and phones, my daughter likes to bring a few over to the table to play with as we eat. She's never loud or rough with the toys, she's just a normal kid who likes to play and use her imagination. This week, she carried over a handful of toys to our table and was immediately approached, which isn't even a good word to describe the way she was treated, by one of the older woman who grabbed the toys out of her hands. Asking us if we were planning on buying all of the cars. My response was no, she is just playing. The woman was abrupt and rude to my 4 year old. As we handed her back the toys, my toddler turned to me and asked me what was wrong Mama? Why can't I play with the cars? I then had to explain to her what happened. In which my 4 year old replied, she hurt my feelings Mama. And I told her, yes baby, she hurt my feelings too. There's a reason I choose to shop local. To love and support those in my community who work hard and provide a service. I'm sorry to say that your Shop has failed. And that we will never support your place of business again. And it's true what they say, when a customer receives poor service they are sure to spread the word. So here I am sharing my experience of walking out of your store in utter disbelief and feeling defeated for your lack of empathy and kindness to...

I come here mainly for the GF raspberry cookies. This morning I decided to get coffee and some treats for guests that Inhave comjng tomorrow. I get in line right inside the door, get up to the front, order a coffee and the lady behind the counter says, "I can take it here but next time order over there." I said okay despite there being no sign, otherwise I would have gone there. Another lady comes over and rudely says, "Next time go over there to order." I was like...yeah, I know that now. My daughter gets her smoothy and a few minutes later they call my coffee out. I go to get it and the girl checks her paper, looks at me as though she didn't want to give it to me because I was stealing someone else's coffee. Keep in mind we were the last ones in the store. She finally gave me my coffee and we walked out feeling very shocked at the service. I just spent nearly 50.00 in that store and it was just an all around rude experience. The coffee and smoothie are good though which was the bright side to dark...
