Carlos Pizzeria Restaurant — Restaurant in Wyomissing

Really impressed by Carlo's! Had a great delivery experience (via GrubHub) recently. Excellent packaging and the food was delicious.

I've had Chef & Antipasto salads from tons of restaurants in the area, and Carlo's iterations rank in my top-5 for sure. Generous portions, tons of fresh ingredients. I think I slightly preferred the Chef salad over the Antipasto, but both were fantastic.

Big props to the Italian sub. Much better than when I ordered it a few years back. It's filled to the brim again with meats, cheese, and lettuce/tomato. Could have used some more onion, but I won't knock 'em for that. It was PACKED. And that's what matters. Some people might think there's too much lettuce, but I actually love a lot of fresh lettuce/tomato/onion on my sandwiches. So this was welcome.

One oddity was the Chicken Antonelli. The dish itself was good (chicken breast with gooey mozzarella and red pepper in a white wine sauce). They served it with a small side of spaghetti w/ marinara. I think this dish would have made more sense just served over pasta of choice. Or even a default pasta.

Either way, Carlo's has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants to order from. They are really knocking it out of the park...

I was craving a slice and ordered online for a friend and myself....well the order was wrong when I opened the pizza box!! It was to be 2 plain slices and one thick and one thin with a couple toppings...recieved one plain slice and the other 3 had all the toppings!!???? I was the only one waiting for to go and there were 2 other ppl dining in...so they were NOT busy!! And then I almost didn't get my cheese fries as well!!! And as far as the pizza it was like it had been overcooked and laid around all day!! The dough was hard as a rock and very dry and chewey...barely any sauce at all!!! And the thick slice was VERY dark on the bottom!! All but inedible!! And the way the toppings were added it really looked like a 6 year old had made it!!??? The fresh cut fries would have been ok of there wasn't such an excess of cheese on them!!! Alls you really tasted was cheese whiz!!!! Truly disappointed and will not return!!!! We ended up throwing it away and placed an order with a reputable Italian pizza place!! 🍕 🤢🤯😑 And a refund would be nice if you want me...

We have had both the Neopolitan (thin crust) and Sicilian (thick crust) pizza several times, and up until tonight's order, both were very good. The Sicilian pizza I received tonight was almost as THIN as the Neopolitan pizza we ordered, and the outside crust (edges) were HARD AS A ROCK. I am very disappointed, and am hoping this was a fluke and NOT the new normal. We will order from Carlo's again, but if the Sicilian pizza shows up this way again, I'll be looking for another...
