I initially reached out to LEO Designs about hanging drapery for my rustic, ski lodge ballroom at Bear Creek Mountain Resort. From the very start, Heather was incredibly professional and genuine. I could tell how much she cared about my wedding and experience with LEO Design. I immediately trusted in Heather’s expertise and decided to do the “Month of Wedding Coordination Package”. I am SO glad I did! Heather truly made the process of planning stress-free and enjoyable. She was there for me every step of the way, being incredibly responsive and attentive to my vision and needs. On the day of the wedding, Heather and her team did a phenomenal job of ensuring that our day ran perfectly. I was able to stay relaxed and in the moment because of her day-of coordination and concierge team support. I will forever be thankful for this!

What really truly impressed me was LEO’s creativity and attention-to-detail behind the scenes. They created a breath-taking ambiance, completely transforming our reception “cold and industrial” ballroom into a warm, elegant, and fun atmosphere. The drapery, lighting, and dramatic votive centerpieces were absolutely stunning and romantic. Heather’s ideas made our guest experience so memorable! She created a “Vintage 70s Ski Photobooth” to go with our ski lodge theme. It was EPIC and such a hit! The "little touches", such as the mountain "Activity Pass" guest placement cards pulled our theme together at every table and was so unique.

Our guests continue to talk about how wonderful our wedding day was in large part thanks to Heather and her wonderful team. We knew from the moment we started working with her it would be beneficial and the best decision we made in the wedding planning process. Her help and guidance through all the ins-and-outs truly made everything easier and more manageable. The time line and checklist Heather provided were perfect for helping us stay on track. She was a saving grace for us, guiding us in directions and putting us in contact with people that fit our taste, style, and needs. Heather could not have been nicer also and more patient with us as we muddled through our decisions. The day of the wedding we were so pleasantly surprised. We knew that having her there would give us ease, but we were unaware how seamless our wedding flowed due to her additional staff she brought with her! The concierge, also named Heather, at my house was essential. I had no idea how essential until one of my bridesmaids' dresses zipper ripped completely up the back. As soon as I found out, I was shocked how calm I remained. I was not even worried because Heather was already sewing it up and there was nothing to worry about! It was truly amazing how she helped us in our crunch time. She was there for whatever we needed around the house as well as while we were out taking pictures she would make sure all the girls hair was okay, including hair spraying her own hand and taming fly-aways, and especially that my train was out and picture ready. My maid of honor also stepped in an ant hill while we were taking pictures at the park and had dozens of ants crawling up the 3 layers of her dress. Heather was there picking them all out for her. We had a party for our daughter at The Goggleworks in Reading, Pa. She turned 14, and we decided to throw her a fun dance party. Its not easy to plan a party for a teenager. They want to be treated as grown ups, but they are not quite ready for the late night party scene. We were able to put together a fabulous teen nightclub dance party that was both fun and cool for our daughter and her friends. We planned the party with Rachael Romig from, Just Breathe Wedding & Events. Leo made the party look spectacular! They put together a package of party rental items that pulled the whole event together. It was gorgeous! The Goggleworks provided the night club loft industrial looking room. Leo put together a room full of sophisticated, and stylish couches, glow cubes, throw pillows, and even faux fur blankets! Thanks to LEO, the room looked AMAZING! It really did look like a nightclub in New York! it is not easy to find a company like LEO! These days most rental companies are so giant and impersonal, that they usually lack any thoughtful contact with the customer. Leo is a company that handles events as if they were planning something for their own family. They made sure every detail was perfect. My husband and I were blown away by their customer service.
