I went to the Dunkinâ Donuts on State Hill Road today Tuesday, July 5, 2022 with my daughter to get a quick iced coffee and a sandwich and hashbrowns⊠They clearly had someone knew there because she repeated my order two or three times she could not hear me say that I wanted one order of hashbrowns which are six pieces- she kept repeating me and saying that I wanted six orders of hashbrowns⊠I politely said no and then when she asked me if I wanted anything else I ordered a sandwich and then she repeated that and then when she asked me if I wanted anything else I said I would like to order a medium iced coffee when you can⊠I was polite⊠It was clear I was speaking to someone that did not understand English very well, either that or could not find the buttons on the register⊠as soon as I told her let me know when you are ready⊠Another girl took over the intercom and rudely said âwe are so short staffed right now⊠Please donât give us an attitudeâ well with her remark she was giving me, the customer an attitude⊠And I donât appreciate it so I said never mind never mind I donât want anything and I drove away⊠Her attitude ruined me ordering anything from there I used to really like that place I will never go back⊠Your service was extremely POOR TODAY â- And if youâre shortstaffed then - either donât put somebody on the register that doesnât know what theyâre doing ( yet ) meaning they clearly need more trainingâ or make sure that someone is knowledgeable at that time of day, when you are busy and know you are going to have lines of cars wanting - placing orders .    Read moreI put my order in 15 minutes before showing up. Coffee, snacking bacon and a doughnut. When I got there, my coffee was quickly handed to me no problem. The woman at the window asks me if I had something else confused. I told her everything I ordered and saw a stack of stickers just sitting there. She walked over, grabbed the two stickers that were mine and dissappeared. I was in the window for 5 minutes waiting, when she finally appeared with three burnt pieces of bacon. Then she shuts the window and proceeds to stand on her phone. I beeped my horn and another person opened the window exactly two minutes later and says âsmall coffee right?â I said no that I was still waiting for a doughnut. He rolls her eyes and asks me which flavor. I told her. While waiting for that, the original barista opens the window and says whatâs the problem, I told her that I was still waiting for my doughnut and asked her if she did t receive the order correctly in their system? No response. Someone else appeared and gave my the doughnut. Exactly 12 minutes was spent in this window telling three people what my order was to only get three burnt pieces of bacon and a stale specialty doughnut. In thinking back, the reason I stopped coming to this one was because 1. The customer service is an issue, and 2. I was one of the victims that had their credit card info stolen by a former employee of their years back and had to fight to get the items that were charged removed with the fraud department at my bank.    Read moreHorrible experience last Saturday. This location knows nothing about customer service. The crew doesn't listen well to orders through the drive thru. They don't give you or offer you a receipt. They give no napkins and the young generation working there are absolutely rude and need to be trained and given more education about how customer service works. With my experience last Saturday the rude young lady refused to give her name and went for the manager. I was already agitated and this so called manager/district manager was even worse than the young lady, the manager was very I mean very unprofessional. The way she treated me was enough for me and I will no longer support the local Dunkin Donuts in Wyomissing. I did report her to the regional manager due the treatment I received.
