I have selected one star simply because it won’t let me leave a review with zeros stars… which is exactly what I would have given this overall visit. This was by-far the worst McDonalds experience I have ever had. We arrived at 7:45 PM while passing through town and the dining room had one family seated and two individuals waiting for their orders. I went to the restroom and then and I submitted my order via the app on my phone at 7:57. I ordered McDouble, small fry, 4 piece and small Diet Coke. I had to repeatedly ask the manager for my order and finally received it at 8:30 PM. 33 minutes of standing in the lobby waiting for a double cheeseburger and small fries. There were 7 employees that I saw in the restaurant that I know were on the clock and two more who passed through who perhaps were changing shifts. There was absolutely no reason given for the delay or obvious issues that could account for the slow service other than poor prioritization of labor. Drive thru orders were being filled … at least 20 of them were completed and sent out the window while I and a growing crowd stood waiting for our orders from the kiosk and mobile app to be completed. In addition to this ridiculous wait time, the parking lot was completely dark… no lights whatsoever were on including the Golden Arches sign for the restaurant. Women and individuals traveling alone should avoid this location after dark due to safety concerns with the very dark areas of their parking lot. old review above. Well here we go again with this store now back to a one star as of 11/10/2013 334pm on waiting over 30 minutes for food. Store seems to have NO help. Seems to be consistent lately.
Today on 12-1- 2023 approximately 10:35 got ice coffee’s , They were sit on counter and not even stirred , manager had them to add the cream to them cause she noticed what had happened. Great for manager being observant. Another employee added cream and stirred them still tasted bad . Definitely taking them back. If employees don’t care about their job find something else. 1/3/2024 now you have employees that want to smart off to customers that’s fine . I don’t have to do business there I can take it elsewhere. If you don’t want to work in a customer based atmosphere go the heck somewhere else, it’s not the customers fault you screw up an order. Read moreThis was one of the best McDonald’s we’ve been to in our travels. Our mobile order was ready when we arrived and correct. The manager on duty, Jennifer “Pooh,” was so friendly and professional, and had the young employees under her were busy cleaning tables, mopping, and filling orders… no standing around, chitchatting, or scrolling on phones.
I liked how the front was set up with the full menu across the front wall (some McDonald’s now have menus only at the kiosks and you can’t see the whole thing all at once), and the pick-up counter open to the kitchen so employees can see customers who need attention. The McDonalds we visited yesterday had a wall so the kitchen was not visible and you had to step around to the employee area and holler to get anyone’s attention.
