Let me start this off by saying I have extensive experience in the pizza delivery business, that being said I understand you shouldn't order during times of dinner and lunch rush if you don't want to wait for your pizza. I made that mistake. I had just been traveling all day and was hungry didn't feel like driving anymore to get food so I placed an order over the phone for delivery the young lady who answered the phone the first time was wonderful we joked about me being so far from home then i placed my order she helped me save a few bucks (always a plus) told me it would be 40 minutes before I got my order which quite honestly surprised me considering when I called she told me my price then I hung up the phone not really expecting the pizza in 40 minutes or that I would have to call back up there the first phone call was pleasant. I couldn't have been more wrong on the calling back part. Now fast forward about 1.5 hours and I was starting to get worried that maybe I told them the wrong room or they accidentally put in a wrong digit in my phone number so I decided i would wait another 10 minutes and if I didn't hear anything or get my pizza I would call them and just inquire about my order. So time passed didn't hear anything so i called back the second young lady who answered the phone was very nice as well i thought it was the same young lady but didn't ask because i didn't want to embarrass myself anyway i digress i ask her about my order and she ask me the usual questions to look it up then she says she cant find it and ask for more information on the order still cant find it she then ask me to go on a brief hold and she goes gets what i assume to be the manager or shift lead whoever and i can hear them over the phone trying to find my order then she says that she cant find it so i will have to place a new order i said ok because i understand that sometimes during a rush you forget to hit the confirm button and when the next customers come in you cancel the order because you don't remember if they said that the didn't want it or what have you it happens heck I've done it a time or two. anyways we get my second order placed and she tells me the price which was the same as before so I ask her if there is anyway she could put another discount on top of it for my trouble if not, I was ok with the original price she said she could save me another 3 dollars but, the kicker was that I know had to wait 50 minutes because they were only down to one driver... great now I'm torn between do i just accept this or, do I just cancel and try another place. I'm gonna be honest pizza hut what saved you was the fact that after she heard the indecision in my voice and the heavy sigh of annoyance she said and I quote "I'm extremely sorry I don't know who took your order but I will take the blame for this." That right there is...
Read moreI come to this store prob at least once a week with very few issues; however tonight we went inside the restaurant with a group of 20 or so. I ordered one ticket to make it easy and the waitress was great but nervous about a table this big. She did just fine and was not the problem. The manager, Miranda, came and blasted my sister because she had brought in nachos from outside. While I understand why this is not typically preferred, but 1) did the manager ask why she had that meal inside? No. Did she realize my sister was recovering from cancer and had trigger foods but still wanted to be with her family and friends that night? She obviously didn’t care and just wanted to try to show some authority. 2) the manager also even mentioned our moving a small table (which the waitress had offered to do earlier) and referenced other customers. The whole time we were there, there were no other customers. Again just a stab but maybe I understand why no other customers 3) we had spent about $200 on pizzas and stuff between me and my sister (which type we had to settle for by the way because the restaurant was out of stuffed, pan, and then ran out of cheese sticks) and for one person with a special needs situation that was not cared about and to not even be asked why really bothers me. We had multiple special needs kids in our group as well. What if they had needed something? I know in the old Pizza Hut, I saw people being in cakes. I assume that is not allowed and they would be kicked out, right? Working with the public is rough but they do help pay your salary and tips and I always tip in the drive though as a good patron but you could show a little kindness to people and not embarrass them and maybe ask a question or two before assuming bad motives. After all, you were out of three major things WE came there for but we...
Read moreWell, where to begin my praise of such appetizing diplomacy spared the cheese of modernity and graced with authentic ingredient of pure heart.
Upon entry after a long and winding road, our tired eyes were greeted by nothing short of a heavenly smile. A sight befitting of such a climb up the beautiful mountains by which these angels reside. Then seated with the luxury of our choice, we were spoiled by the charm of the one they call Addison. The man, or perhaps more accurately deemed myth of miraculous service, seemingly glided around the pizza palace as smoothly as a newborn kitten blessed with all the suaveness of all the incarnations of James Bond.
As anyone who's experienced such service would know, I could go on. But allow me to give my compliments to the kitchen as well, for they served forth the most delicious thing in life, the highest form of love in hungry spirits: food which warms the cold depths of our very Being.
And so, with memories made and time spent in this wondrous journey we all share, I give my thanks to the hard work done in friendly and inviting fashion.
All my...
