We decided to go inside to eat around 6:30 pm because we wanted fresh food. Usually drive up and take home is usually cold. We ordered crispy chicken sandwich, 2 classic roast beef, 2 small fries and small mozzarella sticks. They had around 15+ sandwiches on what was supposed to be the warmer. That is where they picked up food as people ordered. We sat down to eat and our food and it was cold!!! I went to the counter and told the boy our food was cold. He said it was fresh because he saw them make it. Not possible! I also told him to tell the manager. Well the manager said nothing to us! As we were leaving we stopped at the counter to get a bag for an extra roast beef we ordered. The manager was counting a box of money sitting on the counter 2 feet from where we were standing!?! They had locked the doors before we left so apparently they closed at 7:00 pm. We tried Arby's because we thought they may have cleaned their act, guess not!...

I'd be ashamed to have a manager on my team that wouldn't take a simple step to help a customer. My daughter and I had been on the road for 2 hours. It was late. We were trying to just get home with food in hand. I went to go in as usual and noticed my daughter was asleep and needed a diaper change. Instead of making the road trip longer, I decided to attempt to get our order through the drive thru window (my wife ordered through the app). I waved down an employee and explained. He went to his manager who told him that I'd have to come inside. I explained the situation to him and he was hesitant but told me if I pulled forward, he would run my order out. Customer retention is difficult and not always an exact science. One of your managers almost lost a loyal customer but luckily you had a star team member in place. I hope you see this....

I told them I do this all the time at the Fairborn Oh location and they never seen to have a problem. In fact the lady goes above and beyond and adds on coupons that we didn't even have. She said this isn't Fairborn and was reluctant to honor my 4 coupons because it "inconvenienced" her. After I insisted that she does, she only took one dollar off. I told her how does 4 coupons give me only one dollar off. She started to argue with me and I told her look I don't need an attitude, I just need my food. She replied I don't need your attitude!?!
