The only reason I am giving the location one star is because I can't give no stars. The Bob Evans could be the worst location ever. Second bad experience in a row. First time had a free night and thought I would set in side as I had not set in the restaurant in years. Sat down to a sticky table, and jelly all over the menu. Tried to press on and get a wild fire chicken salad. They were out of chicken. Second time was today got in there was a flustered lady at the counter as the staff could not find her $58 order. The brought out my wild fire chicken salad and let me know they are out of wild fire ranch. What are the odds. They finally locate the ladies order so she is pulling out the food from the bag to make sure they got everything. Can't say I blame her due to the lack of customer service I was witnessing. She had the bag half empty and a guy asked her to move over so they could cash me out. I decided I did not want my meal. It is pretty evident these kids working there do not care about people. Bob Evans use to be an American staple you could depend on the take care of you and provide and excellent dinning experience. No longer the case. You mostly see an older crowd that goes for the nostalgia. You don't see younger people there. What will you do when the older generation is no...
Read moreI cannot put my finger on where the issue lies. I guess if one was to be dating and, after however long in each situation, that person gets broken up with over and over, some would ask themselves, is it me? THAT is the only way I can figure how to describe this Bob Evans location. Is it me? It not a 13 ingredient Starbucks drink, it's Turkey with stuffing, mash potatoes & a vegetable & chicken gravy (no Turkey gravy option, which is odd) but nothing changed, as is on their menu, how do you screw that up? OH, you forget your customer's name which is written on the order from the internet, take an hour to have it ready and have it be ice cold when given out. Bang up job Bob Evans, you certainly are KILLING it, just NOT in the good way! Is the success of a restaurant still location, location, location or is it now, put it anywhere, it'll be garbage regardless? I don't believe I've ever thought to post pictures but this is a $40 order. The solo stuffing in that cup, $3, hashbrowns & think she got 1 egg, $10 and the turkey, mashed potatoes and the stuffing portion included with the meal, tray with the turkey, $20 I do believe. Sorry, not a Mastercard commercial, there is no "priceless," well, could have been had they broken the mold and actually handed out food they could be proud to serve,...
Read moreNoted discrimination in this location. Just because we are the only Asian there, we were seated all the way to the back isolated from other customers when in fact, There were plenty of open tables up front. They did get our drink order delivered right away and the rolls with butter but no eating utensils. Did they expect us to use our finger to stir the coffee and butter the roll? When our meal was finally delivered, it was by a different server telling us that the other server had to leave. Then we asked “Can we please have silverwares?” The server stated “ Oh did they not even give you silverwares? “. So she left to get the silverwares and I heard her laughing with her co-workers and I only caught the word “silverwares” mentioned to her co-workers. I seldom give reviews especially bad one, but this particular situation truly irked me!! Despite that treatment, we still left the server a 17% cash tip on the table. I hope this racial discrimination will not happen again. Management in this particular location need to evaluate...
