Had the worst experience we found hair in our food as we were eating we pulled the hair off our food that belongs to an empoyee cook with our white paper napkin. We had asked for the manager and they told us that they could not help us that there was no managment to better severice us. no employee had a hair net or gloves on nor cared to wash their handls during the time of our dine in for hour and 45 mins until I mention that they should be wearing gloves washing their hands while handling customers food specifically after restroom breaks and after cigarette breaks. Our waiter was the only one working hard his name was Randy he even mentioned how terrible the team was handling customers and their food Danni, Jessica and Siona told me and my friend as we was eating that if we had a problem with the way they was handling our food and making our food for us then we better get our server they was extremely rude and disgusting it also made other customers uncomfortable that ordered their food t that had dinned in also and they had left early after noticing they was flipping their hair around and touching customer food after they had left the restroom and handling money and noticed employees hair in our food and handling it Aggressively towards me and my husband after we mentioned the sevive and atmosphere. . I then asked my server for the cooks names as I was leaving and I was rudely proched from Danni asking me if i was speaking about her and siona she then got aggressive because she new about the hair in our food and that I was going to report and leave a review along with Osha. This was 3:16am in xenia ohio October 4th Never did we have a problem like this with waffle houe and we always always tip really good. Read moreThis location can be quite inconsistent. During our first visit, the service was excellent. However, the next time I went for a takeout order it was a different experience. We stood at the register while the lady behind it seemed to ignore us for about five minutes, despite us being right in front of her. No one else in the restaurant acknowledged our presence, which was odd and somewhat amusing, but mostly frustrating. The service was slow. On the positive side, it’s a new restaurant, so it’s clean. The food was decent. It would be a better atmosphere if staff kept negative work-related discussions private; it felt awkward to overhear. This location isn’t open 24/7 and they don’t accept phone orders for some reason.
**The service to 1 star since after lots of visits, they NEVER get your order right and you always end up paying for items not included. Check your order before leaving. Like visually inspect it. We always get hashbrown bowls and its always missing...

Also, there was a “party” of about 8-10 people, So when the waitress took our order she told us she had to wait until their orders were in before she could put ours in. Ok….not a huge deal, we weren’t in a hurry. When we finally got our food I ate my scrambled eggs and bacon and was eating my has browns…..I went to scoot them away from the edge of the plate and there was a dead insect right there on the plate. When the waitress came over I handed her the plate & pointed out the insect. All she said was “Oh no, do you want me to get you another plate of hashbrowns?” Uh, no thanks. I got.
