Like most places in Xenia the staff is held to very low standards and allowed to get away with being rude to customers. Due to connivence of location I’ve given them several chances after numerous botched orders but after yesterday’s disrespect towards my wife we will just stop going to chipotle unless we happen to be out of town.
They didn’t put half the items we ordered in the bag, and the employee refused to believe us. Then they turned to another employee and complained in front of my wife for being difficult for asking for them to fulfill our order. This happened on May 4th around 3:45 est by a blonde female cashier. When we got home they had also wrapped my burrito in a loose second layer of foil to make it look better. It was about the third of the size of a normal burrito.
Also if you place a future order for a later time they will make it as soon as they get the ticket. On a previous experience I showed up to pick it up about ten minutes early for the time I chose expecting to wait. I had ordered two hours prior and the food was cold. I asked them to remake it and the staff was rude and refused.
Try delivery with them and they outsource, the delivery driver forgot items and said he would come back but never returned. Chipotle did make this one right but I’m not even looking for appeasements, I’m just tired of how bad this particular site is.
If I were to make a recommendation you should fire all the management at this site and give the opportunity to one of the senior workers in Beavercreek that actually knows what a chipotle is...
Read moreDO NOT ORDER ONLINE!! I ordered food at 8:05pm, supposed to be ready at 8:20pm. Got to the store at 8:27pm. Stores packed with people waiting, one guy I asked said he's a Doordasher and he'd been sitting there waiting since 6pm!! So I sit down to wait 30 minutes, got the wrong order (different jessica), then finally asked if I could just jump into line and have the 2 guys on line make my bowl. I understand being understaffed, and I saw only 4 people total working, so I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the past 2 times I've ordered online from here I've had to wait longer than I should have. I could have drove to the Beavercreek location and back, and maybe even ate my food in the total time it took me to just get my food from here tonight. The woman making online orders tonight had absolutely no urgency. And as I'm standing in line watching her, she's moving her long dreads out of her face, touching her shirt, pushing her glasses up on her face, putting her hands in her pockets, putting one hand on the wall as she's touching the screen with the other, ALL WITHOUT EVER CHANGING HER GLOVES. 🙊 I'm glad I opted for the two gentleman on the line to make my food instead. The three people I did interact with were all friendly though, I knew they were really just trying to get through the night and I feel bad for them. My bowl was made nicely, everything I ordered was in stock. My only complaint about the food was that the chips didn't have salt. I don't think I'll be returning to this location for quite some...
Read moreThis restaurant is truly something else. The last time we were here, they were so slow that we ended up leaving. I ordered during their slower hours, yet it felt like I was transported back in time with how sluggish the service was. There was zero sense of urgency; it seemed like the staff were just clocking in for a paycheck. I ended up waiting 30 minutes after arriving, even though the app said my food would be ready 10 minutes earlier. The first guy gave me a completely blank look and said they were just waiting to cook the meat, as if that was my problem. After such a long wait, you’d expect the food to be fantastic. I waited a ridiculous 40 minutes, and they didn’t even offer me a drink or apologize. Meanwhile, I had to single out Britney, the manager, to have a conversation and figure out whats going on since she was just standing in the back, laughing and having a great time, doing everything except actually managing the place. The manager, zero clue, zero leadership, zero care. The gentleman prepping my order, with no help, he did great.
Marcus Johnson, what kind of establishment are you managing? Its starts from the top. Employees are only as good as their management. Take a look at these reviews. It's time to step up and lead, or step aside and allow someone with the skills needed to improve the situation to take charge. Not everyone is meant to...
