As a whole, it's not the worst place in town. But every time I go there, they either mess up my order or forget something. Which is fine, we are all human, it happens... but every time? There was a particular item I had seen an add for and I asked about it at the drive through speaker. The employee basically berated me telling me that they don't have it and it "has never existed," for someone to come over the speaker and tell me that they DID have it. Today we went for slushies during happy hour. We were in line a good 20 minutes. We get to the speaker and they ask us to wait... (still fine, short staffing is real.) They come to the speaker and rattle off a handful of issues they are encountering ending with, "but we can do slushies." Great! That's what I'm here for! I give her my order, then almost starts over? Asks me to repeat it all, (fine!!! I couldn't hear her, either), I did and we went to the windows to pay. Our slushies were definitely not slushies, they were liquid. Again, fine, it's a drink, drinks melt, whatever. They've closed early 3 different times I've gone there last time I showed up at 9:45pm and when I pulled up to the speaker they said they were closed but they dont close until 11? And today when I went the store was closed and its 7:30pm? On a friday when they're supposed to be open until 12am?? Then every time I go there it takes anywhere from 25 minutes to an hour before I even get to the window. I've seen people posting about this and apparently its because they're "under new management" but 6 months later they are still slow and terrible service. Maybe its time to hire new management and staff because this is wildy unacceptable coming from someone who works fast food. Not just that but the managers are rude, along with several staff members there. It's disappointing to see a restaurant that used to be my absolute favorite place ever become so poorly managed and thats not even getting on to the topic of food. Read moreI visited a few days ago just to grab a large tator tot which I ordered on the app. I sat in line at the speaker behind two other cars. With no cars ahead of the speaker. It took 10 minutes from when we pulled up for them to start taking orders. We finally after 20 minutes get up to the window. To see employees arguing, which is why no one was being served. Screaming at each other, heard a guy say he was going to choke somebody else. Then the guy comes to the window with my order that was in the counter! Cold obviously. So I asked for hot ones. Took another 10 minutes while they yelled back and forth about what was needed. Should have just got a refund. Pretty sure they refried the same tots or overcooked them while arguing because they were inedible so I wasted not only my time but my money. Oh and the entire time this was happening, the person I assumed to be the manager (in black polo) was going around aimlessly and had no idea what to do....
