Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Xenia

Spent $32 dollars there tonight 8/9/24 on food that wasn't worth $5. First off I'm not sure how a fast food restaurant that sells primarily chicken could operate without having chicken readily available. I ordered a total of 8 tenders between the 2 meals and a chicken sandwich and had a 10 minute wait. To further my frustration, once I get home I find the condiments I had asked for were not there and 2 bites into my chicken sandwich I found it was not cooked and still slightly frozen. I called the store only to hear " I'm sry, I don't know what happened there". You don't know what happened? Aren't there specific times and protocols in place to ensure that someone doesn't get sick from under cooked products. As big of an organization as popeyes is I would assume this is in fact the case. This now makes 2 different occasions I have had an issue with this location. A location that has not been open even a yr yet. That's very sad. I would advise you to go to lees if you want good chicken in xenia and avoid popeyes in xenia. Popeyes is very good as a whole but the xenia location is not even close to being on par! Run TO this Popeyes if you want to see the smallest wings of any Popeyes anywhere. I'm not saying this based on one visit, but several. Tiny. I eat a fair amount of Popeyes at many different locations (I drive a lot for work). Spoke to the manager, showed her the wings, and she said that's the normal size. Okay. Lesson learned. The vibe here has been weird each time I've been in. Kind of a resentment towards customers, like we're inconveniencing them by being there. Once, during lunch rush, they were busy and the manager was cussing and throwing stuff. No lie. So the employees follow that lead. As I'm standing there waiting for my order (man they move slowly...), a Door Dash driver walks in and delivers some Domino's pizzas. I'm thinking "when in the world are they going to eat that? " when he turns to me and says "that was weird, never delivered one restaurant to another before". It's probably better that I just visit other locations, even though this is closest to me. I bought a $6 box. I received a wing and a thigh with a biscuit, red beans and rice, and mashed potatoes. I was about to eat the wing. It was deformed but they cooked it anyway. I called and spoke to a manager and told her I wasn't eating it. She asked for my name and said she would replace it. I hand up ans start eating the thigh. It looked like something was wrong with it so I called and spoke to a different manager and told her I would return it all but I had eaten the mash potatoes and most of the biscuit. When I returned the food, they took it. Made me wait at least 5-10 ,minutes even though no one else was there ordering only to return to tell me that they weren't giving me anything because I ate most of the food. I tried telling that guy I only ate part of the thigh but under the skin it didn't look right. He was very rude, yelled at me when I tried to explain, shut the window and walked away.
