New China — Restaurant in Xenia

I have always ordered the peppered chicken and I have for a long time gotten the peppered chicken. This time I got instead of peppered chicken chicken with peppers and onions! Not what I ordered. Instead of trying to make it right or even offering to make it right like being that back and we will fix it. She basically told me it was my fault that all of a sudden the meaning changed! And I’m stuck with it! I spend a lot of money in there 80$ just tonight! but there are other places to eat that can use my 60-100 bucks.and have way better customer service! Not cool customer service at all! Instead of offering to make it right she was rude and basically told me I was stuck with it. I do not want to spend my hard earned money in a place that don’t give a shit about customer service! There are to many places in this economy that I’m sure could use the money in there business. I will not be ordering again in here! Buyer beware. If they screw your order up your stuck with it IF you can get someone that understands English! Customer service...

The rudest most UNPROFESSIONAL business I have EVER dealt with , my first order and they totally MESSED it up, and refused to give me my money back ,also they repeatedly LIED , finally after several phones calls they said for us to call customer service, customer service? Who is customer service? Smh To the good people of Xenia; do not cater to such low life business, I could call a lot of negative names right now, I will refrain....smh ; I will call it as it is; liars thieves, lowlife, I'm really thinking the saying about Chinese people is true they think us Americans are stupid,....? You screwed me once , it will not happen again! My good old green American dollar will be spent somewhere else! It's SHAMEFUL we as a community allow , businesses like this to swindle senior citizens out of their hard-earned cash ! REALLY? ., 20,30 $40 with one customer and the next customer and all of a sudden new China restaurant has money that they're sending back home to their family! Never again, Xenia doesn't need 'under handed'...

I guess you could say that this review is in real time. I’m writing it while we’re still here and we haven’t got any food yet.

I used the restroom on entering so 1) it’s good that they have a restroom open to the public and 2) the restroom was clean and spacious. Don’t worry about the bathroom tiles. They look filthy in the picture but it’s just discolored and not dirty at all.

We ordered the food (shrimp lo mein). The cashier got the order wrong but straightened it out with no problem. We’ve been waiting a little while. I’ve eaten here before so I expect it to be good.

Okay. Just ate the first finger full of food. Gooder than a mug! Drinking the house sweet tea. Excellent. Wife is not complaining so she must be happy.
