I was just in there on September 16 2025 @ 6:10pm I order a reg. Steak n cheese all the mushrooms and peppers added extra mayo lite lettuce and tomatos also on it and a small frie and the manager Kaitlyn gave me a cheese steak with mustard lettuce and tomatoes then when I ask for it to be remade again and after taking more than 5 mins to redu my sandwich after the steak was done and the guy told me it would be out in a couple of mins no one was in front or behind me on the redu to put just mayo lite lettuce and tomato on it and then when she Kaitlyn brought it back to me didn’t even bring my fries at all and because she took more than 5mins and (had nothing els to do) I didn’t eat it and wanted my money back so my bf told a folium and said the manager would have to do that and of course it was the lady who made my food so we said forget it and let it go I went to the car and left my mother in-law and bf inside to finish eating I’ve never been this way towards fast food cause I’ve worked it and get it but for her to take more than 5 mins to put lettuce mayo and tomato on a sandwich without doing something to it!??? unless she’s was stupid and didn’t know what the heck she was doing and shouldn’t be a manager I’ll never go back to this place unless the actual owner/manager is working I’ve never had any problem out of any food I’ve gotten from their when he’s cooking and doing orders some people don’t need to be managers if they don’t know what their...
Read moreMy husband and I have gone to this location for many years. However tonight I witnessed what I would call NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Those who were working there have no idea how to handle something that is clearly their stores problem. I ordered two sandwiches and went down to pay for them. Was told they needed to reset their computer because the register wasn't working - it would take 10 minutes. After 10 minutes they had already made both of my sandwiches and still no register. Like most people I don't carry cash so I continued to wait and finally after another 5 minutes I said I don't want to take home cold sandwiches how much longer is this going to take? What I was told by the employees that this happens all the time with the registers and they have no idea how much longer. So I said I will not be taking these sandwiches if they become cold, so they took the sandwiches back and apologized. However that doesn't help, still hungry and no food - in my opinion if this happens all the time they need to get their computers / registers fixed. Read moreWent to this location. I typically love Penn Station. Never had a bad meal, until this place. Staff was more concerned with gossiping between each other. Lack of gloves on the line. Waited for over a half an hour and only received 2/5 of the food. I was with my wife and wanted to eat together. Food came out one piece at a time with 15 minutes in between. Food was semi warm and looked as if a 5 year old put it together When I asked for a refund, waited for 10 minutes for the manager, whom cast very hateful glances at me every time they caught my eye. Had to explain why I wanted a refund only to be counter with a sigh. Manager finally started the refund process in which I was told "our system is slow". Checked the receipt, and noticed they only refunded a portion of the amount. I explained we did not eat, had given back the 2 out of 5 items ordered. Was given the eye roll and made to wait longer.
