Burger Ranch - Summitview — Restaurant in Yakima

Worst experience ever! 😡A Co worker paid for four meals to bring back to the office during our lunch hour. When she got to the office we noticed the order was wrong. She then called to let them know were were missing food that we paid for in hopes they would say oh I’m sorry we messed up come get your burger, but no the manager was extremely rude over the phone. My co worker then took the food back and Instead of refunding the money they gave her burger bucks and told her never to go back! I will never EVER come here and don’t recommend anyone to come here! I don’t know how burger ranch has employees who are extremely rude to the customers not only on the phone but I’m person too. Shame on Burger Ranch for having people like this work for them!!!! Burger ranch you need better employees who have better customer service to represent your company! I will be telling everyone I know not to go to the Burger Ranch on Summitview and if it’s owned by the same person not to even go to the one on Mead! I wish there was a option for no stars this place gets negative stars! SHAME ON...

Worst place ever! Went through the drive through she was rushing me to order then kept cutting me off when i was trying to talk, she kept trying to argue with me about what they do and don't due even though the menu clearly stated it! Waited at the window for 20min for my food while the girls were just standing in there gigiling and doing nothing. I asked for no fry sauce only tarter so I opened the bag there were 6 fry sauce no tarter so I gave it back and asked for tarter and she only wanted to give me 2....... Really?! 6min drive home & by the time I Got home with the food the fries were okay, pop had no ice in it and was watered down, burgers were cold and sloppy and were WAY over seasoned they were just horrible! Tasted like eating a mouth full of spices and not the good kind. Didnt even eat it threw it away. (There goes $6.....) Now I'm not a picky person I've eated anything from chicken to alligator and whatever they put in Chinese food, but I would defiantly not recommend this place, 2 burgers 2 fries 2 drinks 1sm shake...

The people were very friendly and helpful, but that's where the good news ends. I paid over $50 for 3 burgers, three fries, and three shakes, which in and of itself is ridiculous. The burgers were extremely sloppy and slathered in their special sauce to the point of being overwhelming and the buns were over toasted. The fries (which were your basic cheap frozen crinkle cuts, not homemade BTW) were dry and tasted like they hadn't changed the oil in their fryers in months. None of us finished our meal. For that amount of money I was expecting them to be at least as good as a chain fast food place, but I was sadly disappointed. I would not recommend going here. And BTW, if you do go here, don't try the cherry shake, it was positively disgusting. I only took one sip of it and threw the rest away. That was good money thrown...
