Sunshine Mart — Local services in Yakima

This is a negative review on the store owner and property more than the restaurant inside. The restaurant serves good food. The guy who runs the store is a jerk. The store/property look dirty. The nicest thing about the store are the gas pumps (which have nothing to do with him). He should hire someone that likes people to run the counter, because he obviously does not. He was exceptionally rude to the an older woman and me today. I will never be going back. He doesn't know that my wife is the one who goes there on my behalf each day, and between gas, drinks, etc, I spend between $700 and $900 a month there. We will not be tolerating his negative attitude...

Update: staff is friendly and understanding. This can never be undervalued. +1

It's your average mini mart and a little hard on the eyes. But pop in and you can find your basic necessities and goodies. They could improve their appearance by simply weeding but they do house a pretty good taco shop, which is convenient. There is gas for your car and air for you...
