Three items. Took a few minutes to receive the order. Not a great experience but...here we go!

Chai Tea Latte: 24 oz. (Looked like a 16 oz...) Not very hot when we received it... It also didn't TASTE like a chai...so, there's that. Not tasty at all.

Black and White Mocha: 16 oz. (Looked like a 12 oz...aren't we seeing a trend here...) VERY light coffee flavor. VERY light syrup flavor. Very dissatisfied so far.

Peaches and Cream Redbull: 24 oz. (Looked like a 16 oz., Size of the coffee we received). We asked for light ice and they filled the cup, even after being very specific. Didn't FILL the cup with the beverage and tried to upsell us to add more premium beverage... This was the only drink we actually enjoyed, though...it was the least amount of beverage out of all of them, though they sold us the largest beverage we purchase.

My wife and I love this place! Or at least we did. I went to go get some biscuits and gravy this morning, 2 full orders and two coffees. Every single time we have got the biscuits and gravy because we love them there is plenty of gravy the biscuits are warm and moist and the bacon bits and cheese is incredible. This time around the biscuits were dry the gravy was cold and the cheese wasn't melted. My wife calls over there and the girl was understanding and apologizes and says she could make 2 more if I came back through. She explained that the heating element wasn't on prior. This wasn't an issue and I understood. After going back through and getting home its still wrong. The biscuits are dry again and theres enough gravy to cover 2 biscuits so now you short me on gravy. It makes zero sense. We have been going there 3 to 4 times a week in which we will no longer be customers. This was waste of...

I regular this place as they manage better than most in making my Americano. Even the brewed coffee isn't bad. Bagel is good plus they put cream cheese on it for you. Only 3 girls here make my drink good. Some seem to be still learning. While others seem to not try. I'm grateful at a specific time those 3 girls are reliably there. Plus pretty frirnfly.

I hate to do this, but you do not add a $1 tip to the fee just because. The person whom did this was not even the one who made my drink nor one of the 3 people I praise for their good drinks. I get it if you deliver a bunch of drinks. However, not at the shop. It happens again I'm perfectly happy paying same price to slightly more at Starbucks when I dont have time in the morning. I'd rather save up for my own higher quality machine and make my own. My unit takes to long...
