Worst Manager Ever! Her name is Kat.
Took my partner here for lunch on his 21st birthday to celebrate with some good food. When ordering, we saw the alcoholic beverages and I told him to grab one. When we gave the cashier our IDs he then told to us put it back because my partners ID was vertical. When we asked why he could not have a drink, the cashier said his manager told him âno vertical IDs.â I then asked to speak to the manager, she sat at her desk for a few minutes before getting up and coming out. I asked her the same question, and was met with the response of âwell thatâs MODs policy,â I proceeded to ask why this policy exists or who created it and she repeated âYeah. Thatâs MOD Pizzas Policy, I canât sell to you,â as if she didnât even hear me.
So I did what anyone would do, looked up the policy. This policy does not exist. In the state of Washington, all IDs are valid unless otherwise expired, punched, or stated to have no function. A valid ID can be checked by matching image to the person, asking for name and date confirmation, and verifying through further means if necessary (such as number asking or scanning).
To sum up this story, the MOD staff and manager lied to customers and ignored further questioning by replying with company spokesman answers.

Read moreI've been threatening to go to MOD Pizza for about a year. For whatever reason, I'd never made it here. Finally, I met a friend there for dinner. Not knowing exactly what to expect, I was quite impressed! MOD Pizza is basically a build your own pizza place. You pay for a specific size - and it comes with whatever toppings you want. For those who have a hard time deciding, they've got a slew of "classics" that have suggested toppings, however you can add or delete whatever you want! That's right....adding BACON is free (everything is better with Bacon!). They've got a great selection of toppings (I'm a meat pizza guy myself) and was not let down! They've also got 5+ types of cheese, which makes it interesting.
The regular size pizza ($7.75) is plenty for a big guy and the small one was enough for my wife (but it seemed pretty small to me). You also have the option of turning it into a salad....if that you's your thing. The pizzas are cooked and ready in about 5 minutes - so the wait isn't bad.
The only critique that I have is that the floor was NASTY. Our baby was playing and dropped some of her toys into an actual pile of dust. Aside from the lack of cleaning at our feet, this place is great. Check this place out, the...
Read moreI walked in for a carry out pizza tonight pre ordered and payed for and was patiently waiting for my order because it was not done yet after 25 minutes since placing the order. I asked is that for Katie? He ignored my presence and then called order for Katie, sat the order down in the back on the rack and I asked for my order again and asked if i can grab it because of the long stand off, he rudely gave it to me and I wanted to call him names or knock his block off. The place was a complete mess. He had no care for his job and I could tell by the way he handled the pizza by tossing them in the box and knocking over the topping bottles of sauce. I stood there like wow... this guy should be fired. He is tall with a brown beard and ear gauges. Was wearing a pride Tshirt in black and a red hat. I've never been treated that way at Mod Pizza ever! His people skills were horrible. Please do something about him so others don't have to write a bad review or go off on him. He could of been much more...
